Some of these were SO affordable- from another amazing $4 eyeshadow palette to a possible $6 dupe for a favorite brow product of mine, this was a fun one! I hope you enjoy it! Thanks for stopping by!

Brow Update:
After 8 hours of wear, I thought the ELF held up just as well as the ABH! The ABH feels a bit stronger/heavier to the touch, but both products kept my brows nice and upright and in place throughout the day! I'll keep testing it, but so far a pretty close dupe I'd say:)

Have you tried Zote laundry bar soap for the white pants? Soak, rub with Zote, rinse, repeat. You can get Zote for $1 at Walmart. Or something like that

I was 29 in 2001, so my prom song wasn't that one, but I do like the palette. I have to disagree on the WNW packaging because I've got the original Comfort Zone palette, and it hasn't cracked or broken, and it's 10 yrs old. I have quite a few of their palettes, and all are still in tact. Regarding the current clothing styles...Agreed! I have my own style, and stick to that without paying attention to what's trending. Plus, I'm turning 50 in October, and just don't feel comfortable in anything too revealing or tight fitting. Mostly, I'm wearing boot cut, or flare jeans, and very modest looking peasant blouses...love the boho look! Plus it's pretty forgiving on the figure. It's very liberating to be comfortable in my own look, without feeling like I need to keep up with the clothing trends, or any trend for that matter.

Happy Spring! 🌷 🐰 🐥 I have to say that after you added bronzer, blush and highlight, I really liked the combination and outcome. I tend to stick to matte complexion products but I tried the flower beauty bronzer and really like it so perhaps I will try this new bronzer.

Man, I live in St. George and we have had very windy weather for the last three days! Probably ever since you left town. That orange dust came in under both doors and my dining area was covered! It gets into the shower as well since we have the window cracked. You can never get rid of the orange dust completely if you live here - it's just part of the package. But the orange/red rocks that surround us are so worth it! Loved your make up look as always...might need that blush!

I’m about 10 years your senior and I remember when those boxy crop tops were the thing. I think it was in the late 80s like 87 to 89. Fortunately envelope pants were also a fleeting fad as they didn’t look good on anybody that had a short torso.

It was my middle school prom song. Lol. I was being homeschooled by then but was still attending band. My band teacher asked me to play something at the award ceremony before the formal, so I played that on my flute. I’m rarely “cool” or “with it” but that was an excellent and well-timed choice. 😂 Standing ovation from all the kids who hated me. It was kind of nice. Then I was smart enough to go home while I was still ahead! I love the Essence palettes. I did a look with the rose one around Valentine’s Day and loved it. Very soft and pretty. Not a lot of depth, but I don’t always need it.

I bought the Essence pallets in Dancing green, Bronze this way, and Taupe it up last fall and I love them! I use them almost daily and I cant decide which one I love most! They are all great! Can't go wrong, thanks for giving them love on your channel!

I'm so glad you chose to use the Taupe palette, that's my all-time fave. In fact, it's the one I wore today! I was very impressed with that lip liner, that may have to be added to my cart. I do hope in the future you announce the names of the shades you're using. I'm sure everything is linked but sometimes the page that comes up is not in the shade worn. That contour by Makeup Revolution is gorgeous and since I'm just a tad more fair than you, it may be perfect! And HeeBee GeeBees (or however it's spelled!) is exactly the word I was thinking of when you said it! It's a darn good word, too!!

I’m 63 love fashion and work at the front desk at s dr office. I’ve tried to wear graphic tees under my cardigans to be more modern lol. Or a Jean jacket. Drs are fairly open with style luckily. Get what u mean with clothing styles lol. What was my peasant blouse from 1971 us now called boho.

i loveeee the essence palettes. i have them all and use them regularly. the juvia’s place lip liners are some of my favorite liners. i have the shade and it goes with a ton of lipsticks and glosses. i want to try the elf brow lift and la girl cream blushes. 💖💖💖

I live in Australia and have to deal with that iron oxide dirt a lot. You need to do a hot wash (alone) with a serious quantity of stain remover and there is also an old-fashioned optical whitener that adds blue pigment to the fabric (here it’s called Bluo, but pretty sure that’s an Aussie brand.). It basically works to brighten stained white clothes like purple shampoo or toner brightens blonde hair. (Btw, the little blue bits in detergent powder are optical Bright were, but you need more.)

Glad I passed up on that Taupe palette. My CVS now has a decent Essence display. They had every single 6 pan palette there. I already purchased the green and orange ones at Ulta months back. Out of the 2 the green one works the best with my skin tone. I did pick up the Rose palette yesterday so I was hoping you'd use that one. 😔 Think I might have finally found a pink shade that's close to one in another palette that I've hit pan on last yr. Hear ya about the clothing, lol. I'm older than you but I still like to dress in style. Ive always been the type not to show too much skin or wear items being too form fitting. One can dress stylish without doing so. The way my mom dressed she proved just that... ❤😇

A tip for the baseball pants: if my sons got REALLY bad, I took them to the car wash and hung them where you hang your mats. Use the sprayer on them. It will get most of the dirt/clay out. It’s the only thing that helped me to not have to scrub. Good luck!

My son, a former Marine, trains canines, wearing a very heavy protective suit. And he either uses industrial washing machines OR your solution at a car wash to clean his very expensive, often very muddy padded suits

Love the look! Thanks for the update on the mascara. Also, if you've never been, go to Sand Hollow State Park. It is one of my favorite places ever. So beautiful with all the red sand against the water. If you go in the summer your feet will burn, but spring and fall is perfect!

I'm with you on those boxy crop shirts - they are a throwback from the 90's. I see pictures of me from that time and I totally cringe. I can't do the high-waisted mom jeans either - those are from the same era and even though I was tiny I feel like they made my butt look huge, not to mention they cut me in half. I guess it's better than the super low-waisted jeans that made a muffin top and showed the butt crack when people crouched down, but I.just.can't. I'm old. I hear flares are coming back - sigh. At least the big shoulder pads haven't come back... yet.

As a child of the 80s (graduated high school in 1987, yikes!), I have to say a little shoulder padding (NOT the Alexis Carrington exaggerated ones) were kind of slimming... but yeah. Some of those older trends need to stay in the past, lol!

I wish cameras were as flattering to cool tones as they are the warm ones. I imagine that your eyes looked even more stunning IRL. You inspired me to try the taupe palette. Taupe is my Spring neutral and pink is my Spring color. So, I’d be very interested in seeing the rose palette demo’d.

I've been using the cream blush for maybe a month now and I love it. I really wish they would put out more colors. I have the same rosebud shade but I wish they had one around that depth but more warm tone so I could mix them depending on what my eye look was. The other two colors seem so much darker online so I'm not sure they would be good for my very fair skin tone.

I saw that! People don't understand there are limitations with cheap, polystyrene-based plastic. You get what you pay for. The e.l.f. cases for the bite size product line are the same crappy brittle plastic. I've also had a Physicians' Formula blush case crumble right at the hinge, one of the newer Butter Blush series. So I bought an assortment pack of rubber bands. If you want a quality case, go to Nars.

Yeah, I really like Essence but don't care for the cheap packaging. I have a huge bronzer where the clasp broke and there is a ton of product left. So far, my small blush and banana powder are okay. I also have a Cover Girl product where the packaging broke recently, CG is not cheap so that was a bit annoying, oh well.

I love a good drug store video! My favorite thing about this video was hearing about your sons baseball. My boy (12) doesn't start his travel season here in the midwest for a few more weeks. Don’t know if you have tried them yet but dollar tree has la colors cream gel blushes that are AMAZING!!! You must try them!! I haven’t tried the matte blushes yet.

I wish the taupe it up had been more taupe, but it’s way more silver and gray. It didn’t work out for me. I do love the Rose one though and you’ll love the nude one too!

love the make up... my son played baseball too... I used fels-naptha soap to help clean his pants. i usually washed then put fels-naptha and left for a bit then wash again. Anyway wanted to pass that along.

There is no dupe for Charlotte Tilbury Iconic nude- I have looked for years!😆NYX Nude beige and NYX Sandstone are close! And yes I called 911 with my watch once! Ugh! I miss watching my son play baseball! Enjoy every single inning. We had basketball, baseball, volleyball... And it was AWESOME!

I just received the Revolution Pro Overnight Influencer Book 3. Despite the silly name, this is the most amazing neutral palette I've seen, and nobody is reviewing it! I love that the mattes and shimmers are separated, and the shade range is vast. Might we get a review and demo?
