When I tested this gel along with my leave ins, four of them clumped up and two of them smoothed perfectly. What I did notice is that the four that didn't mix well together all contained Shea butter and the two that mixed together did not. My conclusion is that Shea butter was the culprit, so basically any leave in without it should mix well. Your hair came out really pretty, you have gorgeous hair. TFS

Flaxseed fried my hair early on in my hair journey. But it was virgin flaxseed oil from Whole Foods. Black Castor was amazing.

FutureColdest TV I have no idea it was like I'd burned it. It was hard and brittle. Maybe because it wasn't diluted with anything? I remember vigorously washing my hair out lol. I ended up getting a weave I was so upset. Like u said though everyone's hair is different. I LIVE by aloe Vera juice but my mom swears it pulls her hair out so...

I tried it with the blueberry bliss leave in they mix together no residue or clumps 😭it was a struggle for me too I mixed it with so many and they just didn't go together

i tried this gel & i dont rly like it 4 my wash n gos. But i think that has more 2 do with the fact that my hair likes more liquidy gels. I do love it 2 slick,my hair back tho. The coconut was a,no it flaked on me sooo bad.

FutureColdest TV. I used the shea moisture jbco leave in. Shea moisture products usually go so well with eco.

kim fraz the coconut flaked on me but only in spots where there was too much product, you cannot be heavy handed with it at all, but what I did was mix these two gels together, lol, they love each other and no flaking! I also used the new SM kids blueberry leave in.
