Jerostotle Ralph wants to release a solo album before he goes on tour again with NE, but he's been working on it for a while so it should be out this year and NE probably won't tour until 2019 or 2020

Jerostotle Ralph is definitely the one that's holding it up but he has a right too bc he has always been about NE and put his stuff on hold, even when he didn't want to tour he did it anyway. He didn't do his first album when he wanted to bc NE was broke and they needed him.
