Thanks for this review! I definitely agree with all your points. Even while shiny it stayed in place and still looked good. Love that on the 2nd day you added the matte putty primer to cut out the shine on the t-zone. 💯👏🏾

I’m so happy you and I are the same shade! I found my shade match with the help of a ELF beauty advisor. Hopefully it’ll work out. It’s so good to hear it doesn’t make your skin feel dry. I was really worried about it. I can’t wait to try it! Their powder foundation is beautiful on you!

Honestly, I don't use powder foundations as foundations but more as "shade correctors" - if I got the wrong undertone/wrong shade then I'll apply a light layer of a powder foundation of the right shade/undertone to adjust the base. Definitely need to get this and the power grip primer 💕

I think it looks fine. Initially you can tell it's dark, but it blends out to look like you are just slightly tanned. Very beautiful.

This looks so pretty, and easy to blend with that brush. I have dry skin and avoid powder foundations but may have to try this one. It looks like it has more coverage than the new Colourpop Pretty Fresh powder foundation.

I haven't tried a powder foundation but this one looks like a quality product. I use a lot of ELF products and so far haven't been disappointed. Also it's so nice to see that your Milani collab sold so well. I couldn't get one but hopefully you'll have more collabs in the future and I can snag one 😃

I just got this on a whim when I was at a drugstore and I am shocked at how good it is! I like it way better than the MAC powder foundation I have (and hardly ever wear because it looks too dry). Also, I'm surprised by how natural it looks on my 54 year old face...such a winner!

Actually just bought this & really liking. Years ago I'd sworn off of liquid foundation and was only using a powder one. Only 1 tho, from Mary Kay. Really loved it. But after a few years decided to try liquids again and have done them ever since. Ppl loved this so much I decided to give it a try. First time I actually used over a liquid one I was trying out. I went over it with the elf powder after wearing the liquid a few hours. It needed to be set a bit. Really looked pretty after going over it. Today I wore the elf in it's own and really liking it. I will definitely have this one in rotation.

Your skin looks flawless even without foundation. I'm really pleased with elf. Loved most of the products they released in 2021. Impressed with their skincare. I always initially apply powder foundation with the sponge it comes with but always buff it into my skin with IT cosmetics brush or the ELF brush. It needs buffed in and looks amazing.
