Hey everyone! Today we're reviewing AND swatching the full collection of the new Elf Pout Clout Lip Plumping Pens. These are going to be that glossy balm stick formulation that has been super popular the last few years. ELF just released these brand new glossy lipsticks this month and I swatched all (except for the clear) the shades to show you guys what it looks like on my medium skin tone.
I also compare these ELF glossy balms to the Tarte maracuja lip plumps, the Hourglass glossy balms and the Juvias Place Volumizing Gloss Sticks! What do you think of these? Will you be picking them up too?

MY SHADES:
Typically I'm in the medium shade range with neutral undertones. These are the shades I've used in the past, but they may vary since I do get very tan in the summer and lose a lot of color in the colder months. It just depends on when I've tried them!
