In this update we take a look at the new gates installed in the dock wall, you can see how they have done it then rebuild the wall. Each stone was numbered to help peace it back together. we also take a good look at each stand with a full fly around and a look at ground work finishing with a look inside. Thanks, Paul. I've stated it often enough but bears repeating: top quality work. I can always analyse things from your offerings and on this occasion have 2 points of interest to research. They were deconstructing the NE Service Tower at a fairly relaxed pace, it seems. The Lower Tier West Stand Hospitality Area seats have been fitted, behind the Squads' areas.

The barrel cladding is different on the South East corner than the North East. The north end seems flush where as the south has what looks like big bolts or knobs or something on the panels. Wonder why?

progers: I think you are referring to some of the connectors that are used with the "Under-the-Hook" jig to hoist and fit all the cladding panels. They have been present on every lift. Sometimes the installation team removes them almost immediately and sometimes they remain in place for a while. They will be removed.

What is the final date for completion.

Some time in the middle of the 24/25 season but they are not moving in until start of the 25/26 season. So basically sometime around the end of this year

The ground levels are based on the flood risk assessment which made allowances for climate change and sea level rise. The stadium is outside the flood zone.
