Even though it’s several years ago but Uprising has a metallic element and Lights Out is a beautiful soft high pitch ballad. Chen has a wide range from low to high registers. Chen love is the best.

You MUST listen to his 'Last Scene' album. All the songs are gold but the title track 'Last Scene' always brings tears to my eyes. I have noticed that it is the case for many other reactors. There is no way out, you gotta love Chen.

Yes. Am 73 and an 18 month old toddler EXO-L. Had heard above song for awhile. Unkn name of it until!! YES!!! "LAST SCENE". Am discovering more and more. Playing catch-up now. I actually told my doctor to help me stay healthy in order to hear all their repertoire. LOL!! Love how you call them lads!! Have adopted them ALL! Introducing them to my family and friends, whoever listens!

EXO Chen just released his first Japanese mini album, Polaris, w/ 6 tracks. This is the main track. I just love this song in its entirety. Yes, Chen can do everything. He has the best vocal technique. I know what to expect if it's Chen but once I hear him I still get goosebumps & be amazed of such talent. Pls check the rest of the album, Mirage of Flower is one. Thanks for liking Chen.

Yep, he is a bit talented 😄 Hello from a 60 year old EXOL living in Merseyside - been a big fan since 2014 when my daughter introduced me to their music. I have since adopted each and every one of them and will probably still be listening to their music when I am in my retirement home trying to the latest EXO dance challenge on my zimmer frame. I swear Chen is literal angel 🥺 He excels even further with each comeback. Like he's so damn good but when you hear him again you just keep falling in love with his voice. His album is a no skip as always, but i have mirage of flower on repeat 😂 not only cuz its just too good (as expected) but cuz it hits a little too close to home but its Chen so its ok 😄 Thank you for reacting to this beautiful masterpiece, hope to see the rest of his songs from his album.

One of my favorite Chen performances is in Germany or England, I think. He rocks out on Watch Out! Even falls during his exuberance and turns it into a backwards somersault! Some comment mentioned you had seen Chen and Baekyun do I Really Didn’t Know. I’ve got to check that one out. It’s one of my top three performances. Great reaction.

And as a native Japanese speaker, I think EXO's Japanese pronunciation is almost perfect, if you let someone who doesn't know EXO listen to their songs, they will think they are Japanese.

As a soloist, he's more of a ballad guy, a crazy amazing talented one. But in 2023, he has been giving us much more varieties and they're all soo good. CHEN is an amazing and versatile vocalist he can do almost all genres❤ You're right, this song is in Japanese because it's the title track of his first Japanese mini album 'Polaris' (I suggest you to check the rest of it) For his Korean discography (he's released 3 mini albums: April and a Flower, Dear My Dear & Last Scene) Chen has chosen to start with 'ballads' but not all his songs on his albums are totally ballads, as I said before he's pretty versatile. He also has released some collabs where he tried other genres. Also he's known by his OST for some K-dramas.
