The speaker exotic you just go around saying "feel free to kill yourself" and everything just dies

The fact that byf in his speaker video recently literally talked about the speaker mask potentially being an exotic 👀

That new titan exotic arms “wishful ignorance” lore description “every enemy of the vanguard had a plan until” is based off of Mike Tysons famous quote “everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face” and it makes sense cause these are exotic arms and Mike Tyson is a boxer. So these are gonna revolve around melee for sure

The Speaker actually could hear the traveler. The traveler spoke initially in dreams, which the speakers would then interpret. However, one speaker fashioned a mask together of junk, and when he put it on, he actually heard the traveler. Something to the affect of "I have been crying out for so long my voice is hoarse, and I thought none could hear me". (not an exact quote, but this was the jist of it).

The fact that at the end, Cross skipped over the in-game gambit announcement. 🤣

“Gaze into the heart” says it’ll be a prismatic exotic to me, cos that’s the whole thing right like “go into the heart of the traveler, learn to master prismatic”

I want the Titan exotic to let grapple grenade pull targets toward you and let you follow up with the grapple melee still

I believe the Speaker was saying (and pretty sure Byf pointed it out as well) that he could hear the voice of The Traveler, but he was not the specific recipient of its (her?) words. He wasn't making stuff up. He was maybe more like a translator than a prophet.

The speaker used his mask to tune into the sounds and stuff the traveler lets out, whatever the exotic does i do think it will be worth using it running around, we could potentially have another nezarec stuff moment from before root.

Cross not sure if it was mentioned in the previous video but that hunter chest exotic looks like it spawns those grenades on powered melee attacks not just the twirl thing.

I feel like Mataiodoxia will have a way to generate melee energy, this would really work with the fact that you need 3 charges for the suspend, otherwise is sound supersh*t

I havent changed armor in years, but that new warlock chest is looking sleek The speaker was "the voice of the traveler". Maybe he has a line of diolog somewhere that explains what it might be.

Speakers voice is probably a generalist exotic, likely similar to the perk on travelers chosen giving overall ability energy or something similar.

Maybe the speaker helmet is a buff to light based supers. Kinda like Star Eaters for Warlock.

As pointed out by others...the titan arms are a Tyson reference. & seeing as they are green by default, & the fists have spikes on them (like brass knuckles), kind of assuming it will be something that drastically buffs the damage output of the titan strand claw melee thing. Like the base powered melee not the flechette.

I think Speakers Sight will work like Nezarecs Sin in Lightfall. Hearing something ineligible will turn into somethinf coherent when wearing it. Maybe help us hear the voice of the Traveller in the lead up to the raid.

Speakers Sight could be some sort of team buffing thing. Maybe using your class ability will give you and allies some sort of buff. Wishful Ignorance could be the strand equivalent of Point Contact Canon Brace. Maybe something like "You only have 1 melee charge but it deals massively increased damage" or maybe you deal some sort of strand effect in an AoE. Though it could just be for flechette storm like chat said. Maybe it even changes your melee altogether since the description makes it seem like you're meant to punch the crap out of things since it's referencing Mike Tyson's quote "Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face".

I really hope our warlock speaker mask will have secret dialogues with the Gardener or the Traveler, alike the Nezarec's Sin helm did in Lightfall campaign with Nezarec's voice. Also peep that the ship looks like both the machine in the Speaker's quarters from d1 as well as psionic heads and Nezarec's head and helm. Some sort of a tuning fork. I think forsaken and design choices regarding the Traveler and Nezarec/psions are somewhat influenced by Alice and the Looking Glass. At least I get those vibes when seeing the imagery and reading about Toax and the OXTA/Otzot machine. I can't wait to see and hear more on the Vex and their plans in the grand scheme of things, how the Asphodelia flowers tie in. Amazing seeing conflict and lore tying together, hopefully unsolved mysteries in lore get answers in regard to Vex, Hidden/Nine, Aphelions and Ahamkara/Wish Dragons, Neomuna and the Veil, Xivu and the hive towards the cabal on future potential battle for Torobotal and Toland's response or side to those events unfolding, and then Nezerac. There's so much unknown for potential depth and narrative to unfold. Also the ghost projection in Eververse for bright dust this week is neat and maybe foreshadowing for what may or may not happen. Edit: In retrospect now, I think it will be good to test out wearing Heart of Inmost Light, using Traveler's Chosen, and such themed exotics as those for potential secret lore/dialogue or interactions.

The speaker exotic is for void most likely, the hunter exotic sounds like a way better version of speed loaders slacks and the titan exotic is probably going to be for Fetchet storm

Exotics having their own unique characteristics take over class abilities/grenade abilities is freaking awesome. I love love, love the idea of the new exotics being more dynamic.

“Into the traveler the hunt continues” sounds like theres an ahamkara in the traveler

Gifted Conviction is showing Arc aspects create bouncing explosives. Not one. Any. Notice he does the uppercut, makes bombs, does the twirl, makes more bombs. Comboing attack aspects can add quite a bit of ability-spam-chaos potentially.

If I had to make a guess, the exotics are probably related to Prismatic. Heck, the Hunter one is called Balance of Power, that's enough for me to believe it has something to do with Prismatic.

The speakers in the lore (yes there were multiple) heard, or well, saw visions from the Traveler. Then the Traveler went quiet and there were no more visions. Our Speaker from D1/D2 base Campaign never recieved these visions originally so then he put together his helmet that blocked out signals and tuned in to the Traveler, and despite the Traveler being asleep or shattered, the signal boosting ability on the helm let him recieve the dreams again like the original Speakers. We hear a new voice in the trailer and people assume its the Traveler or "Gardener". We also know that the original mask from the Speaker is in Zavalas Office, repaired. Its a REALLY cool callback to the lore surrounding the Speaker if that is in fact his helmet and how we can hear this new feminine voice in the trailer! This is huge and as a Warlock main and a lore buff, my hype skyrocketed just from seeing that helmet 😤

What if the 3 new pieces are for the prismatic class, like similarly to how we have the bonds but what if the new ones are created for certain play styles

Speaker's mask exotic is either gonna be Prismatic related... OR... the rumors we've seen of Song of Flame Self Res are true and it's tied to this Exotic. That's my guess.

i think it would be cool if these new exotics worked synergistically with corresponding exotic weapons. example: speaker’s sight would somehow buff traveler’s chosen and wishful ignorance would buff wishkeeper. my guess based off of the vibes of the armor and the names.
