Carrie you should talk to Sierra about the bra place she got professionally fitted for her video! Getting a professional bra fitting is truly life changing! Like you actually feel supported and don’t have to worry about shoulder or back aches it’s so wild. And you don’t need an underwire necessarily but knowing your actual size in underwire bras can help so much for finding non-underwire bras that actually fit and are supportive. I think the place she went has some non-wired options too!

Carrie - if you’ve never been professionally fitted for a bra you should really consider it. If your bras are shifting around all the time then you are likely in the typical too large band too small cup that most mall stores fit people in. And as someone that has a lot of content focused on clothing I feel like it would be helpful to also talk about proper fitting bras too.

I love that ya'll do regular things on the weekend together. Getting exercise and fresh air and not feeling like you have to do something spectacular is really comforting. Flowers were gorgeous! Don't know if nutritionist has reviewed with you but in my rotation in med school learned that sugar free can be trigger for those with IBS and sometimes sibo due to fermentation of sugars that are naturally occurring in body. As well as xynthol a common ingredient in sugar free gum. Something I never knew!
