We have a new contender in the arena of the outdoor flattop griddle! I just bought a 36" Blackstone about a week a half ago and LOVE it. It is so versatile! I can look a whole breakfast, eggs, pancakes and bacon in minutes. I can put down a whole pound of bacon on one side, eggs in the middle and 4-6 pancakes on the other side. It truly is AMAZING! I used Crisco to season my griddle and 6 coats.

Cooked on ours last Sunday, there were 20 mph wind gusts and it had absolutely no effect on the flame whatsoever, nice even cook, I love it.

I just want to say thanks to all the cigar knowledge I barely started to take a liking to cigars in December and didn’t really know too much about them but when I started to watch your after hours videos I picked up a lot about them and found a lot of cigars to my liking, and thanks to putting me on to privada cause every cigar I’ve gotten from them have been bangers! #glasstray #traegerhood

Already have a Blackstone 36” (unfortunately it was before the lid and air fryer upgrades came out but I did spring for the grill/griddle cover though…lol), and we also have the travel size for our camper. Flat grills are amazingly versatile especially if you season them correctly as you mentioned. Love your videos brother. You and a select few other content creators are the reason I have increased my bourbon/whisk(e)y collection, cigar collection, and my beard growth journey. Excellent review man. I've had a 36" Blackstone which I think is great but the space where air can get through is a PAIN! I've been looking at this new Griddle for a bit. Jeremy, I love my Traeger Timberline XL. I also love my Blackstone 36. I have had my flattop since Christmas and Although from what it appears the Traeger flat top looks amazing, many accessories, but for the price point, the Blackstone is the wat to go. You would have to prove me wrong. Good Eats.

awesome my man, at this moment in time i am smoking some pork ribs and having one of my favorite riffs of an Rob ROY, which is 2 ounces of Jim Beam, 1 ounce of Cucchi sweet vermouth, 3 dashes of Angustora orange bitters and Luxardo cherry's with a bar spoon of the syrup in the mix :) cheers and have a nice day.
