The car is a huge mess 😅 partly because it was an all out sprint trying to get the new fridge in the car while parked in the 5 minute parking zone. Also, it’s a bit tough to fit all of my life and my dog’s life into a small-ish vehicle. Good news is that this is very temporary, which is why I haven’t offloaded more as I will need what I have kept 🤭

I did the "point-place" command with my GSD where she would lay down where (or near 😅) the area I pointed to. This seems to work well for us. Having a working breed dog is absolutely a full-time job. If you work hard on the training the first year and practice often, it pays off in the end with a wonderful companion. My dog, Rowan, now 5 yrs old, will still pick up the biggest stick on the trail and try to take it with us. I think it's a Shepherd thing. Sorry to say... You are a dog mom 😂 🐾

Lived in CO for 2 years and Evergreen was my favorite town. My dog and I would do a big hike on Saturday and then usually did the little loop around Evergreen Lake on Sunday, followed by a coffee at the little coffee shop across the street. Such a beautiful area. You should drive out and camp at Buffalo Creek.

How do you sleep with this arrangement? Zora’s crate and the fridge eat up a lot of the back of the 4Runner. I too have a 4Runner and fridge and crate and usually have to remove the crate to sleep. 😊
