I watched this video this morning you mentioned about the North South devide of serving cask ale. In the North of England the spout where the ale comes out from the cask is connected with a device called a sparkler. When you pour a Northern pint you don't need to tilt the glass you just put the glass straight under and start pouring the pint of ale nice and gentle not too fast not too slow which then creates a lovely creamy contrasting head and you get better flavour out of it. When you pour a South pint of ale the sparkler is then taken off and you then need to tilt the glass at a 45 degree angle to get a nice head. For me I like my pint of ale being poured the Northern way with the sparkler on as there's better flavour out of it and the ale is not too flat. An excellent video I really enjoyed watching this.

PINT365 machine looks very cool. I do buy beer boxes sometimes from the local brewery. I will have to investigate how I could use this machine to serve my homebrew.

Hi Simon I'm gonna make a bar what beer machine do you recommend ie value , variety of beers , availability , I'm mainly a lager drinker and the prices of beers in my local have gone crazy since lock down lifted and are still rising now some have gone up £1 pint in the last 6 months 😮 I don't blame my landlord but it's getting ridiculous now . The 365 looked easy enough to set up 🤔 how many pint's in beer bag box and can you get larger in them ?? Feed back much appreciated 😀

Wouldn't worry about North/South of England. They are English, you are Welsh and I am Scottish. We aren't here to appease.
