As a programmer in training, I have no idea on this bug as it needs a deap dive into the games code. However for the reset bug, I may have a solution and that is to turn off auto updates, you see an update works is it breaks the old files then replaces it with a new, if not properly made this will reset everything back to the default, and gacha seems to fall under this category so try it

If you put your character in the little person with plus sign, then press copy all and press that same character to make a copy of it, just be careful since you can’t undo this so try not to mess up
