Long time ago now, but might help someone. The best way to get, at least some of those nuts off the top grill, is to apply upward pressure, via trim tool or whatever you use, to the front of the grill while twisting the nuts on the underside. I got most of mine out without snapping them that way. Still doesn't negate the fact them fasteners are stoopid though.

Seriously fucking hard job to do. That self tapping bolt thing on the top grill is just so fiddly. They wont tighten up too much and if you over tighten them they just spin and break.

Hey, I ordered this and the bottom part was super easy to install but the top part is just ridiculous. How did you guys thread the washer things? Any detailed tips would be really appreciated.

How did you do the lower grille without having to trim it to fit? All is the other info that Ii have seem involves having to trim the grille piece.

Does the grill have any clips or is it just screws?

Where did you purchase the grill and the side scuttled?
