The Edge of Time suits gotta be one of the most creative takes of his classical outfit, cuz it's something abt that feels unique, and it's absolutely looks stunning in the mod.

well its honestly a few things first of all the webs of course are very unique very different to the regular approach secondly(in edge of time) he is pretty buff making him stand out even more thirdly not to mention he has those big eyes, yet they don‘t seem to be like any todd mcfarlane inspired eyes like most people try to recreate but instead it seems like they only were inspired by spectacular spiderman

Probably my favorite rendition of the classic suit. It’s so beautiful. The webbing looks so slapstick, like he really stitched it all together himself and repaired it multiple times, and gives it a slight dash of intimidation. And those wrinkles that make it look worn in, like it was tucked away in a bag before he put it on?👌

What I love about this suit is that it shows the lines of spidey they’re not perfect like the other suits this pretty much shows he just didn’t care what the lines looked like he just wanted a suit after years of experience

One thing I'm concerned about with modding is that Insomniac might get lazy with the suits hopefully that won't happen though

@@UmbrellaGent I know consoles don't have modding but what I'm worried about is the developers getting lazy and deciding "oh well if the modders are going to do our job for us we might as well not include as many suits in the game" which has happened to a lot of companies because they know they can put out a half-assed product and modders will just patch it together and make it actually function

It's a shame this game never came out for PC. With all the mods you see elsewhere I'd have loved to see what could have been done with that.

I liked the older mod better, based on the in-game suit as opposed to this one which is based on the cutscenes, that one felt more in line with the game's own design whilst stlll retaining that CB video game aesthetic Beenox developed in their two standalone Spidey games

We got to a point where insomniac will have to put a lot of effort to beat those mods in Spider-man 2. Hopefully they will make the symbiote mechanic changing every single suit

It's so funny how people love Edge of Time now but hated it back when it released because people thought it wasn't as good as Shattered Dimensions (which was and still is a buggy incomplete mess). Edge of Time was way more focused and while it was still rough around quite a few edges, it brought more to the table than Shattered Dimensions did- in both style and substance.
