Thanks for the review, was going to doubble back to watch then the video dissapeared. Glad it came back, hope it wasn't any grief for you. Really happy to see these coming, going to have to add some to the to buy list for HDZero gear next year. Not sure I like the tube view, I've tried it a little, maybe I go back and give it a real go. Great review! Maybe the jumping the gun on the product review was from life just being busy. Certainly have other responsibilities to deal with. I’d love to get the HD Zero goggles, cameras and VTX’s but still in the DJI universe. I know the racers love it.

Great review. Tell me, is it because you have a special version? Sounds like you can use 1080P30 with the nano V3? But HDZERO website shows that the nano doesn't have the 1080P, only the micro. Can you elaborate on that?

@NickBurnsFPV I'm curious whether on the nano v2 camera, what size of lens the camera could take, there are some other lenses which eliminate the vignetting, the RC5L lens for the microv2 for example. That would be pretty cool to get a full 16:9 image like that

The v2 nano works with the runcam atom lens. Not sure what that size is called. I suspect something like m3

Hey, Liked the nano micro v1 v2 which one is which....actually this was very well done, Crap happens, to be nice. Good info on both, liked the fisheye. Still using VRX for now. still tossing around which way i am going to go Waksnail or HDzero, pluses and minuses in both! Cheers

No reason I think I just forgot to test it. I am still not sure of the 30fps use cases. I am guessing it has something to do with filmography and a look

@@NickBurnsFPV Fair enough. I fly “big environments”; mountains, fjords, forests, here in Norway & love 1080p30 for those uses. I actually tested the Micro V3 as well and in the first 10 seconds of my “initial impressions” video you’ll see what I mean. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/j7h6abmBnNHaaWw.htmlsi=Nc2PAr_m8jO3ZPks I was also struggling with sunlight… had like 15 minutes of direct sunlight. Haha

@@NickBurnsFPV 1080p30 does look noticeably better, but has a sort of weird feel to it. Not great for tinywhoops or racing, but really quite nice for smooth flying/freestyle, and cinematic or long range flights. Definitely check it out someday, I’d be curious to here your thoughts.

Hello Nick, I'd like to ask you about this strange latency with Micro V3 which Ian from Mads Tech spoken about. 34ms for full frame is it noticeable? Because this value is crazy in relation to HDZero. Thank you in advance

I would need to rewatch that video to be more sure, but my recollection is the hdzero cameras performed well against them. But I also believe the video I did on the pro it may have been a bit darker.

Nick, I just went through and watched a bunch of my saved HDZERO flights over 3 different quads. Everyone of them, the lock icon doesn't disappear at all, ever. What's up with that?
