the grenade pistol is a beast...unfortunately you have to take a whole box of ammo just to refill 1 grenade... I seem like a prick when ppl see me running around grabbing up every box of ammo I can find.

Whats your thoughts on the BR 14? I've been excited for this weapon but I'm hearing some people say its not good? I don't know, I use the Defender and conparing the stats I feel like I would actually like the BR 14. Hows it feel?

Its fun to use and can shred normal enemies whether that's robots or bugs, but it takes the whole clip to destroy medium sized enemies on harder difficulties, and as for shooting the weak spots on hulks and big enemies it doesn't do much. For that I'd want my eruptor or crossbow which both does explosive damage. After trying all the guns the eruptor/crossbow are insane and work well with everything. They also have the added benefit of destroying bug nests (crossbow doesn't work on bug nests though) and outposts through the vent or main door depending on which one you're going with. You'd probably like the BR-14 since you're a fan of those types of weapons already but there's better options for the biggest enemies so I guess it depends what role you wanna play on your team. So the sniper rounds just explode after ~65m. interesting ! I hope it's not too hard to kill heavies with it, so I can use it as primary and take a fun support like the stalwart instead of having to take quasar.

I think they made it a mid-range weapon like that to counter how powerful it is so we don't take out a whole base from 200 meters out haha. It's actually great for killing heavies and out of all the guns it's my favorite. My tip to you is be careful when equipping the grenade pistol with the eruptor because if an enemy gets close to you both of your guns are explosive! The eruptor is great for other things too like quickly destroying bug nests, blasting off doors to credits, and it can destroy outposts when hitting a vent at the right angle or the door when it opens up. Good question yeah there's no issues with anticheat as this is just a mod and not aimbot and stuff like that.

They actually took it down off Nexus but here's one that's really similar to the mod: www.nexusmods.com/helldivers2/mods/12 If you want you can also join our discord and I can send you the mod file because even if it was still up on Nexus it was outdated due to patches.
