Today, I will be reviewing the new launches from Hermes! The new Rose Silky Blushes and the Rosy Lip Enhancers. AND I was asked if I had any Hermes fragrances so we will be ending with Fragrance of the Day using Hermessence Cedre Sambac!

I’m sure you’ve heard by now, but the pans are glued in, not magnetic, so you can’t really switch them back and forth. They’re meant to be replaced I guess. Which is so cheap on the part of Hermès.

I'm enjoying my Hermes blush and lip balm. Like you I LOVE the packaging. Got the lip balm in 30 Rose Dete, blushes in 23 Rose Blush and 45 Rose Ombre plus couldn't resist the blush brush which has goat hair and works beautifully!

Abby, you picked great shades of blushes. I purchased one of the more pink ones. I also bought one of the lip balms and I agree with you I would choose one of the lipsticks over the balms. But I love the packaging and plan on putting a lipstick refill in the pretty pink packaging. I’m such a sucker when it comes to their packaging. 😊❤️

Lora Lee- I totally agree! I love the packaging of those Lip Enhancers and knew I wanted at least one when I saw that they were launching the new blushes and lippies!!! I got my Rose Plume Refill so we shall see how popping out one of the blushes will go..... and yep, I am a total sucker for packaging!! xoxo

I am a TOTAL sucker for packaging (as you know..LOL) and love that you can refill them with your favorite Hermes lippie.... but I would hate for someone to shell out the 67 and feel like they bought pretty chapstick. I adore the dior lip glows so I'm glad you compared the hermes lip enhancers to them! The lip enhancer is 6g whereas the dior lip glow is only 3.5g... so even though its more expensive, the hermes one gives you more product. Not that I'm trying to justify spending £58 on a lip balm! 😂😂😂. Great review, thank you!!

Whenever possible I will try the perfume I’m store. So far my favourite Hermes fragrance is the green Un jardin sur le toit. I immediately fell in love with that one. And for men Terre d’Hermès is UNBEATABLE! 🤤

Hi Abby, just wanted to let you know. I watched a review few days ago on these blushers. Apparently the girls demonstrating it found it very difficult to remove the pan from the compact in order to refill! They said it was stuck in with glue & they couldn’t get it out! Maybe try yours before you buy anymore refills! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I finally bought a Hermes lipstick as I could NOT resist the pink and gold bullet. I know it's refillable, so I will be able to use it for whatever colours I want in the future, so I just picked the middle shade with the most sugary pink colour. I cannot decide which refill to get as I want a colour I don't already have in my collection! I also can't decide between satin and matte...I like matte as they stay longer, and I have so many satins. Those blushes are BEAUTIFUL, but I cannot buy another blush (don't quote me). Thanks for your great videos!

YAY! I think you will love your lippie and I actually like both the Satin formula and the Matte in this brand. I don't normally like this matte lippies but their is more velvety and not dry at all. I think I would focus on the color you are attracted to. I hope this helps! AND I hear you on the blush. LOL! BLUSH overload. xoxo

I bought Rose Abricot (it hasn't arrived yet) and I was starting to regret it as it's not a colour I normally use for blush and I'm very pale so I was worried it wouldn't suit me. But it looks stunning on you and so healthy, I can't wait to try it now. Thank you!

I love both blushes Abby on you, but my preference definitely is rose tan. I love that can be used instead of bronzer, one product only, i think it would be even nicer on some sun tanned or self tanned skin. Unfortunately rose tan is already sold out at Selfridges😔 i just last night purchased lip enhancer in apricote but i dont know if that was smart purchase we’ll see i do like those balmy lipsticks. I probably going to wait until Selfridges restock the blushes or refills and purchase then. I already got rose blush, its going to be delivered today. What foundation are you wearing today? Its that Prisme libre? It looks so beautiful and glowing. Blessings 🙏💕

These look so pretty on you! All all of them! Apparently, as per Hermès rep the refills are supposed to be replaced when pans are empty, meaning no popping in and out 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ nevertheless, I’m happy with this release and you are looking beautiful, as always 😘

These blushes look beautiful on you! 🤩 I skipped the lip products but couldn’t resist ordering the blushes in shades Rose Plume from Selfridges and a refill in Rose Ombre from the Hermes site. Can’t wait to try! 💗 I’m so tempted by that brush as well, but am really trying to hold off (given how much I spent at the Sephora sale 😳!)

Thank you for the demo. I prefer the rose abricot (« ah-bree-k-oh » the last consonant in French is almost always silent). I hope you have ordered the Rose Plume because I think it would be a good choice when you want to use a cooler shade.

Just remember to omit the last consonant in French. I look forward to seeing you apply the Rose Plume (plume = feather/writing quill/fountain pen, maybe « ladies of the French court » wrote with pink flamingo feathers - I am now curious). Been watching the mini series « Victoria » and been reminded that amenities were pretty basic in the 18th century - the series is far from authentic though as the actors have beautiful clean teeth, hair and clothing; the palace rooms are warm in winter and cool in summer; the servants are attractive though they should look pretty haggard from working 18-20 hours per day, and the carriages don’t have speck of dirt on them. None the less, the storyline provides context to historical facts.

Abby, off topic I know, but I just have to tell you and everyone else about REAL TECHNIQUES 212 face and body blender brush. I have high end brushes like CHIKUHODO etc and that’s why I’m so amazed by how fantastically this very affordable brush applies my foundation. Far far better than any of my $100+ ones. I picked it up for my daughter but wanted to give it a try first. I love how it fits in my palm ( no handle ) the oval shape is great for a 5 second application of my Tom Ford stick foundation , which I’d stopped using as I just didn’t like how it was sitting on my skin. I could see my makeup. Now it looks seamless as is also my Lancôme teint idole ultra wear. This beauty cost about $10 on sale. I AM AMAZED

I love both but agree that you don’t need both. I’ve been reading that the blush has glue on the back therefore they are not easy to take out and pop in a refill. It seems they were designed to takeout only when you hit pan. You might have dodged a bullet by buying the compacts. XOXO

Hi Abby! I love everything Hermès and have just ordered my first lipstick. The blushes look beautiful - hard to decide which one to get! I used to wear their scarves when I lived in Europe but here in Southern California , it’s a different style. I saw that cute striped shirt in the Jenni Kanye store in Newport Beach. May I ask you which size you got? Loved everything about that video!

I do too!! AND I wanted ALL the blushes- so I understand how hard it is to pick. AND - yes SO CAL style is definitely more casual. We have lived in LA twice before. And I got the shirt in an XS. It fits perfectly- but If I wanted it more flowy- I would have gone with a Small. It is super soft and I love the sage stripe color. I hope this helps. Thanks for the review. I ordered the Rose pommette and can’t wait to get it. Thanks for comparing the lip enhancer to the other Hermes lip products and based on your review I think I will pass on the lip enhancer but the case is beautiful and can be replaced with refills I heard. Is that true?

I went to Hermes yesterday and I asked the door keeper to see the makeup and he knew nothing and just talked behind my back saying that I was just a poor person who just came in to look at Hermes. My kids' nanny was listening to him since he did not know she was with me. I have their scarves and I wanted to test the balms so I ended buying the clear balm and a lip oil. The ladies who I asked were very helpful but that "door keeper" was an awful person. This was at their store in Aventura, Florida.

Hello Ida! Thank you so much! As far as the Rocobar- it sounds like that was a woody vanilla, amber scent. This Hermes- is definitely a woody jasmine- no vanilla... so I am thinking you will get the WOODS but more florals and no vanilla. I hope this helps. xoxo

What if I just buy a refill and put it somehow in my Z pallette? Glue a magnet underneath the blush and just place it in the pallet. I wonder would this work?

I’m really disappointed in mine, I got the shade rose blush and it’s way brighter in person and looks too pink on me, plus it also looks kind of patchy and dry too. They feel like silk when swatched so maybe it’s that I just got the wrong color. The compacts also feel SUPER cheap compared to the lipsticks, I thought it would be the brushed metal but it’s plastic. I love the lip enhancer I got in rose tan but the blush was a fail. Plus how rude and cheap that they didn’t even bother making them magnetic, that rubs me the wrong way. I’m returning mine tomorrow to Nordstrom’s and I doubt I’ll bother picking up another. I’m unimpressed. Luxury brands to me need to have both an amazing formula and lux packaging and to me these had neither.

Caroline B- I have been a long time lover of Chanel blushes - so it would be hard to knock off their place in the blush world.... I have only played with them for a few days.... so I would say Chanel still wins.... but these are really nice. I will keep you posted. xoxo

Nicki- You can find the refills at Hermes- www.hermes.com/us/en/category/make-up/face/#||Color and I bought mine at Selfridges - but they appear to be sold out right now. So sorry! but Hermes has them! I hope this helps. xoxo

wow, we’re up to Hermés now? Damn. Here, in Austria, we haven’t gotten any new cosmetics since last year. The walls & displays are disturbingly bare. An MUA admitted that the Lux products will probably be relegated to the chic name shops, now... very concerning.

I would go to Graben Boutique in Wien (nach lockdown) but I am a bit afraid to enter in it.... you know Hermes policy ...
