I hope this video helps zone you in on upgrading the equipment that matters. My only issue about the hero equipment upgrading system is how slow it feels. I’ve been super active in the game lately but it gets a little disappointing when the equipment gets around 2k shiny ore. Hang with it thought guys, you got this!

2k shiny ore is not that bad if you are high enough, it’s the 600 glowy that’s slowing me down I have several equipments waiting for me to drop 600 a piece

The healers on the queen is slept on. Youre basically packing extra troops that can help the army at all times. It also almost guarantees the queen will be the last to go down if you also have the unicorn with her

@@jacklister962 I already run rage gem with my GW. The healers provide an extra 42 spaces worth of troops to your team that will not count towards your max total. DPS will be sorted out by simply having troops that live much longer than they would otherwise

You NEED the rage vial for the King with the gauntlet . The two together are what makes it so powerful. The king gets to the defense WAY faster and destroys them quickly. Without the Rage going with the king, he takes too long to walk around when using the glove and gets little value. Should be Gauntlet#1, Eteranl tome #2, Invis Vial #3, then either Rage vial, Healing tome or Rage gem. The other stuff is non sense fluff. The RC shield maybe, but I wouldn't bother with those pieces right now.

@@kool4209 No, the issue is the speed that he walks at. The warden rage gem doesn't increase his speed, just damage. The slow walking speed of the BK, means he misses a lot of buildings, under the glove, because it takes him too long to travel between buildings.

The RC is definitely top priority for upgrades given how important she is in any army. The shield at max level one shots certain defenses.

good info, i personally use the two other queen equipment options, with an extra healer in the camp and just use her as a queen walk, she will reliably take out 40-50% of the base on her own with a few well place rage and freeze spells. currently TH13

I think that list is good with some exceptions: The rage on the barbarian king is number 1 right after the epic equipment. the AOE damage the giant gauntlet is giving you is perfect in combination with the rage. the goal of your king is not to survive until the end of time but to get more value. if you have no giant gauntlet the vampstache is good because of the attackspeed the king gets (and the healing of course) but there are already enough situations where a high level king can snipe a townhall himself with the gauntlet and the rage behind a wall. barb puppets seriously are bad at th10 and higher (lets not talk about th12 townhall or th13 scatters) like what is that priority? "yeah i spawn a lot of barbarians which are getting oneshot by a giant bomb/scatterhit/bombtower (and so much more)" so just go rage. i agree with the number 1 on the shield from the royal champion because if you have it at level12 against th13 and lvl15 against th14 to 16 you can oneshot canons and that is very important. second thing i would not agree with is the grand warden abilities. first of all eternal tome > vampstache until level15 (level15-18 is just a difference of 0.5 seconds for 3 whole levels and thats not worth it mostly because 9 seconds is already giga) and the other warden abilities have all a prioritylevel which is depending on what strategies you use. for me LaLo is lifegem, Hybrid is healingtome and other strategies are either healingtome or ragegem. so Warden should really be just a preference. As mentioned barbarian puppets should be the very least to consider upgrading. Dont know how i should feel about the royal gem of the royal champion... having it on an okay level is good but the only thing that really makes it strong is the passive damage bonus on the royal champion. wouldnt place it at number2 but high.

I agree, I don't understand why so many content creators hype the vampstache. It is good if you have no gauntlet. But otherwise rage with gauntlet is always better because you get more value out of the gauntlet. Also no clue why anyone would do the vampstache and life gem of RC before the eternal tome and some other warden abilitys. Warden supports your whole army while BK is still the same as before, a funnel troop, least important hero, getting the BK stuff to a decent level should fine. Shield on the RC is really good like you said, getting the Life Gem to a decent level of course but not such a high priority. Especially because we don't know the rest of the RC ability that will come. I also wouldn't grind the archer puppets in any way. Most of the time super useless and makes the invis queen more vulnerable to Scatter. I think having the giant arrow would probably even be good on her for normal attacks because of the dps increase isn't much worse than the archer puppets but your queen won't die stupidly. Although I'd just wait for the Epic on her.

Rage vial for the king should be wayyyy higher. If you're not pairing the giant gauntlet with the rage vial you’re just doing it wrong

I’m maybe in the minority but clan wars have gotten so much better since ore was introduced. Winning a close war feels so much better than winning a war where the other side used 3 attacks. Is the ore system perfect? No. Am I having more fun playing the game because my clan is more active, though? Yes!

Our clan got way more active. We used to do like 20v20 wars, now we have to bench people for a 40v40. My only complaint is how out of balance it is now. We've had perfect war after perfect since the update and it kinda makes it boring.

@@tzkdragscope6380 I think he means that offense is currently stronger than defense at certain town hall levels. So 3-staring a base is the norm rather than the exception. Which is unbalanced. I’m currently at the end of th12 and it’s fine I guess but I seldom have all heroes available for wars so I recon if you have max heroes and max gear then it would be easier to constantly 3-star

Archer puppet are in my opinion way worse than giant arrow coz if u have qeen and her HPs goes down in lots of cases she goes invis and with that puppet ability something like scather shot or giant bomb will blow her out only because that archers so better to have arrow for some bonus dmg to all buildings in its way.

There are so many ideas for Warden since you can just make a "Spell" for it's equipment such as Freeze tome or Invisibility tome. And which is the Rare one? Freeze probably is the most op one, imagine if it's Passive skill which make defenses got a freeze effect (the slow effect like freeze spell on capital home) or an Active skill which freeze the defenses (the real freeze like in main village spell) for like 10s.

This priority guide is good but it’s general people should upgrade equipment based on what they use and like I personally think the life gem is underrated, it got a secret buff compared to before equipment were separate from heroes and it’s good to use if you want more HP on your troops it’s best used with LaLo since Rage gem is unnecessary for balloons and the healing tome in combo with Eternal tome is overkill HP for them

I tend to try exotic attacks where I use the healer puppet with the giant arrow for the queen at TH13. These 2 are powerful together when you only want your queen to destroy specific defenses with that giarrow and she'll still clear the outer defenses safely with selfheal and 2 levels 7 healers(while max is 6 at th13). But it's situational and you should always look for RC first at TH13.

I think People are overhyping the Frozen arrow and are Overrating the Invisibility Vial. The vial It's a Safety Button, but most Pros don't need it

@@chillstoneblakeblast3172 lol its an epic equipment. after seeing how good giant gauntlet is, of course people would expecting the same with frozen arrow. there's no other equipment better than invisibility for queen walk. you can say it's just a safety button but it helps a lot for queen with low HP. u dont have to waste a freeze spell. not to mention the insane dmg increase

Frozen arrow won't be as strong as it looks. Remember it only slows the defence the queen is shooting at not the other 5 defences locked onto her, and she will destroy te slowed defence quickly so the slow won't even last long.

i kinda prefer earthquake boots over vampstache since i use all ground troops and it helps a lot to open up walls so my troops dont get stuck

Root riders are the strongest troop in the game and they crush walls. Quake boots really don’t get used at higher th lvls.

Eq boots lv 6 already unlock like 55% of the stats, while only costing 7% of the ores, so every1 should at least try this, I use root riders, so I don’t really need the eq for walls, the % it does on th, monolith etc is super nice tho.

@@qeinz i think Life gem works great with hogs and miners. it gives them +50% health and i really struggeld after switching it out. Also healing tome might work better than eternal with hybrid bc longer duration and the heal basically gives you invincibility...

@@leonardrecker5377 for hogs and miners yeah, but for tanky troops its meh. its just not worth to upgrade considering how rare the ores are unless you already have it at max level. I still prefer eternal + life tomes for universal strategies except rage gem for warden walk

It all depends on the strategy you want to use and your playstyle. (Almost) all of them have a reason and a strategy where a equip can shine... So a upgrade guide is quite useless, only a strategy guide which shows which equipment combo is the best for each strategy, is useful.🐬

Obviously, those are the most important. Vampstache is not something you should bother with. Gauntler, invis, tome are the main ones. Rage vial is WAY better than the Vampstache with the glove.

@@micker9830horrible take, gauntlet and vampstache is so overpowered it isn’t even funny, you usually use the barb king as a tank and that combo helps him perfectly, and being able to deal Aoe damage is so good for him

@@360mew9 At town hall 15 and 16, it isn't always used as a tank. The rage gem is used to take out entire compartments and it's currently meta to suicide him in to the townhall in pro play.

Healing tome helps so much if your troops get nuked by a town hall or a poison spell. Pairs well with the Eternal tome

I use the giant arrow a lot in clans wars and in clash of clans my opinion. I want to use it for that straight big damage take down any buildings and the I use the invisibility vial too.

i believe everyone should upgrade whatever fits their strategy. I m at TH9 and giant arrow was my first priority and its amazing at taking out 2 air defenses at once, making air raids extremely easy. Also for my King, i use boots and rage vile

Me too...i always use Giant Arrow to destroy one air sweepr and one or two Air defenses with Giant Arrow and Healer puppet are on lvl 15

Guys just upgrade whatever hero equipment u like to use the most. I like quake boots on the king cos i like super bowler smash so id probably prioritise that over the gauntlet for abit...

i think they should increase the drop of the oars or ad something in the attack like per attack you get like 10,20,30,40,50,70,90,100 for the blue one per league and the same thing for the lila one but the star ore can let be war exklusive because at the old mechanic you could easily grinde black and normal elixir and upgrade your hero but this way you are slowed down like 60% at the progress so supercell have to finde a way to increase the drop but not over flout the oars because also every new event will bring a new equipment you cant upgrade this equipment without letting your life be controlled by coc

Hey Kenny, what are your thoughts about how Supercell will handle nerfs in the future with some of the equipment since it is so costly? Do you think they will refund that particular equipment back to level 1 for everyone and choose whether or not to upgrade it again? Or do you think they will just nerf it and you will be SOL for choosing that upgrade path?

I use the rage gem instead of the healing tome for the miner-hog hybrid because i feel its more beneficial. You've just got to be aware of whats going to do the major of the damage (scattershot, splash) and plan accordingly for where your heal spell will go. The healing tome can only be used when the warden's ability is activated unlike the rage gem so the eternal tome is already going to save the hogs and miners for the town hall's bomb anyway.

My priority warden immortal skill. Then king epic skill that hand icon..next might be queen archer spawn..other is not too important to me..or i not try yet..so don't know how good they're .

At TH16 how the earthquake boots, & barb puppet are above the rage vial is beyond me. IMO rage Vial is much better than both & more versatile

there is one thing i hate in this game which is how upgrading heroes feels infinite. in the past a lot of thing was not useable while upgrading but its changed now . the number one reason i leave the game because i always get bored of farming while upgrading heroes and it feels forever you just cant max them there is always new lvl and new town .i talked to the support about and it can be considered to use heroes while upgrading . the thing i want from this message is help me deliver this idea to COC by your help cause i think this thing everyone wants and it can be done by your help 🙏🙏

No, rage gem gets negated by rage spells. If you're bringing a bunch or rages then no need for rage gem

rage vial and eq boots destroy if u dont have gauntlet, you recover like 3k health at lvl 10 each.

I use EQ boots on the King to open up walls for the queen charge. Eagle Artillery is a bit deep into the base? No problem!

While I agree in principle working on one piece of equipment is sage advice, I don’t think it’s practical at the higher levels waiting on the glowy ore when I have 25k of the shiny. It seems to make more sense to me to upgrade to equal levels for heroes(i.e. level 15 or 18), then to solely focus only on one. IMHO

Somehow I'm feeling good whenever some says how hard the giant arrow to use. When I figured out how to use it it's not that hard actually. Just aim using the tiles and also the Queen will always target the center of the building. When it hits it feels so satisfying, tho if I miss it's feels devastating. Truly a high risk high reward.

Exactly. Although i still miss buildings far away on the other side of the base sometimes, the damags it does is tremendous. Especially at lvl 15 or 18😂
