Has an 1500 dmg skill with 6sec cd Also has an 500 heal with 70%dmg reduction at lvl 1 Moonton :- seems pretty balanced to me

This hero is actually like a Yu zhong can life steal but he can regen hp and immense when enemy atk him while skill2 man this year moonton is making new hero more fun and interested than last year on 2019 new hero coming.
