I don't think it is a good combination. Remember surge's emp is only lasts a short time and miniguns deal their damage slow

Why not railgun 16?It has more damage than disruptor?And why not graviton beam,maybe it just has a rare graviton beam magazine implant I think... And is that disc launcher 16 give more points than disruptor 16 because of its damage?and is that using the mech specific ability implant will give less point?

To be honest high hangar no. Doesn't matter much, I have 12k sp hangar and it gives maximum efficiency, like a Eclipse with ember gun12 with easily take out that 4000+ point gatecrasher and my Orion with Dual railgun12 is one shot for most of these mechs

this is not what the new max hangar is, you posted a video months ago and it was almost 16k, it can't be lower since the same mechs and weapons you used to make just under 16k are available. Theoretically it should be at least 1000pts higher than your previous max hangar video since there are new legendary mechs and weapons. Not sure what this video is, but it's basically just a gameplay video with a click bait title.

Miniguns, in real life, are named that way because they are smaller versions of rotary cannons used on things like planes and tanks. Though a more accurate name for the in game item would be rotary cannon, they are based off of miniguns, as the 12 has a clear carrying handle.
