I bought that exact same enclosure for my bearded dragon! Its surprisingly well made for how cheap it is. Especially with the metal bottom. I thought itd be wood all around.

I wouldn’t add anything else, the more foot space the better. I think you included enough enrichment and anymore would just be for aesthetics and wouldn’t actually be for your tortoise’s enjoyment. Looks pretty good! He may just need a bigger space in about a year. This is usually used for hatchlings
