The island and curved driveway are great selling points for the house. Honestly, I was disappointed with the pantry for that size home. Love, love, love the in-law suite

Hey Marlon. This area is nice. Nice spaces between homes. 3000 sq ft 1 story. Like the front elevation and curved driveway. Ooh. This was the home on IG that those 2 were waiting for the rate to drop😂. Like the formal dining and like that the formal living room/den/office and 2 entry’s. That island is sick. Would’ve preferred a farmers sink. Like the breakfast nook. Yes. The open concept is 🔥. Family room and that mini seated area. Covered lanai. Great room for a pool. You build another house in that backyard. Spacious primary. Don’t need the tub but it’s nice. Nice size shower with seat. The seat looks narrow though. Nice size closet. The linen closet different. I like. Large laundry with counter/sink and add some cabinetry. Closet a plus. Nice size guest bedroom and bathroom. Pantry small but it’s ok. Tons of cabinetry. So if this area is an in-law suite, the main home just has the primary and 1 bedroom? Ooh. Just heard you explain if standard, would be another bathroom and 2 bedrooms. So it’s in-law or standard. This home is very nice Marlon. The only thing I would want different is that storage area on the side of the island on the other side. Not in view when coming in the front door and walking towards the kitchen. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.

Love the open area.great.laurdry room, love the island...amazing. Wish the bedrooms were larger and the 2nd bedroom wasn't next to master.

Marlon, LOVED this Home. The Only thing that I would have Removed is the Soaker Tub in the Master Bathroom. That 15 Foot Island is AWESOME 👍😎, Although it should have had a Walk-in Pantry. The Open Concept is Grand, the Builders of this Home Didn't miss a Beat Here. Inlaws Suite, Big Enough to Housed The Brady Bunch. Marlon you out did YOURSELF on this one Giving it a 20 all the Way, Loved the Video 😀❤️📸👍

No, don't remove the soaker tub please! That's fine for you, but for some of us it's a a must have! Perfect way to relax after a long hot stressful day, plus revive sore muscles. Calgon take me away! :)

@@jillmarshall4718 Exactly! :) That's why I said that's fine for you...I've had multiple injuries and for me a good soak is pretty much a must have. I get it's not of the same priority for everyone. But, I've seen less and less of them, and I feel it's important for builders to know that there are still a great many of us who need and depend upon them. For you a soothing shower and for me a long hot soak in the tub! 🥰

Beautiful home!! I love this home I have a question what the name of the home? should mention a few times the name of the house in the showing also where else it can be built. The island is great love that. The pantry is way too small for that size home not good.

Very nice house the only thing that I did not like is the kitchen being at the back of the living room the kitchen needs to be further away from the sofa a wider lot would be ok.

@.Persaud Everyone knows that prices fluctuate and that the price is at the time of filming. There are way too many great Realtor youtubers that post the current price in the description than to waste time on those who don't. Good luck with that
