Chandeliers are my biggest weakness LOL. I love shopping antique stores and thrift stores ,chandeliers I take them home and refurbish them and rebuild them.and add crystals.. is turn into a fan Hobby anchor therapy LOL

I'm always amazed by any thumbs down indicators for yours or any youtube videos. I wonder if these negative viewers keep coming back and consistently give a thumbs down, if so, why don't they just move on, weird. I mean come on, your family is always very positive, it's fun to be able to watch your progress, you are great parents, Savy is a lovely young lady (good job!), and you offer motivation, tips, and practical advice for money and household management. If people aren't interested in those things why are they watching? I appreciate that you stay positive through this kind of negativity. I always look forward to seeing what you all are up to! It's like your my kids and I'm visiting, thanks!

Ashley! Painting the base of your table was such a good choice! It really did brighten the area and it looks so good! I also love the chandelier in your master bath and how it ties to your bedroom fixture. Beautiful home! I have been vicariously living through your projects. In February of 2020 we decided to sell our previous home, right before Covid blew up on us all. We have been renting since shortly after and are anticipating our home to be complete at the beginning of March after a long year of anticipation! I cannot wait to get into our home and do my own projects as you are doing in yours. Thank you for the ideas and inspo as always.

I'm glad to see you paint your table today. I have been trying to decide to paint the bottom of my dining table till I find something on facebook market place or resale shop I like. I'm good at painting walls but never have done furniture. Thanks for the great tips!!! Have a great week!!!

They have those stretchy chair covers for those type chairs in your dining area on Amazon. It would be much cheaper than buying new chairs and you can buy different colors if you wanted.

It’s the littlest things, that make the biggest impact. I love the chandelier, it’s beautiful . I bought one a few years back and have yet to get it hung, but I’m going to watch some videos, and do it myself! An electrician friend of mine had a saying and I’ll probably get it wrong, but here it goes. Black to black, white to white, 3 Hail Marys and turn on the light😳😳 Wish me luck. TFS😊😊

Painting the bottom was a great idea. The space does look brighter. I say leave the chairs but if you don't I know it will still look beautiful.

Lol I love ur new couches but also loved ur sectional as well lol I’m saving $$$$$$ for the sectional so we. Can cash flow it instead of charging it. We’ve had our current couches for 13 years for sum reason I’m emotionally attached to them 😂weird ik but 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

😂. I think all of us have been there...thanks for leaving the struggle clip in. Tiger is too cute! Table looks great. The chandelier is soooo pretty. Ash, looks like the belt loops open for you to hook the buckle through but you’d have to use the top bar probably. Lovely home...cool video.

I love the bathtub chandelier tip! I didn't know you could replace those skylights with other light fixtures. I have 5 in my bathroom and hate the color light too. I will definitely change them now. Thanks Ashley!!

Yes, their is a builders code in some states that you can’t have a hanging light above a tub or shower, but we will just take down if we sell one day. Thanks for watching!

I love the chandelier above the bathtub but I’m surprised you chose silver. I think black to match the faucet or gold to match your other fixtures would look so much better.
