That's a nice house, feels like home. I liked your camera work. Gives a good sense of direction. Also, cleverly avoiding all the mirrors despite the house having so many. Couldn't figure out the drive-way to the garage. Would have been wonderful to see the house from all 4 sides, as a walkaround, if there was any. A couple of drone shots could have been fantastic. awesome house tour! The only thing that I don't understand about certain house layouts are the bedrooms placed at the front of the house by the door. I would be too worried, but I am sure you can use it for some other space!

Nice now this was a different kind of layout

I'm not a fan of all that green but the design itself looks modern yet cosy. Some modern day house designs look like its more for aesthetics and tend to make the house feel more cold and not as comfortable to live in but this one is nice. I wouldn't mind something like this but smaller since I wouldn't need as many bedrooms and bathrooms. But the kitchen is nice and that's one of the main things I look for nowadays

What is the price of this model as shown?

This house is gorgeous but some things feels backwards: The microwave is across from the laundry room. And I wish the dining/eating area was closer to the kitchen and the family room in it's place. It should be switched

Property tax in Texas is ridiculous! This house tax at least around $25,000 per year, only take 4 years to wipe out the entire $100,000 for the insane property tax.

I was here on 6/23/22 This house is stunning, as we were walking in it feels like walking in the resort, beautiful open floor plan, super comfortable. great quality! we did check out a few model homes in the same area, but this one is the best.
