We purchased this model in Aug of 2020 and move in Aug of 2021. Shea has been amazing and delivers a superior product. Last I heard there are 80 people on the waitlist for their Luxe homes. The pool area will be completed this summer.

Love the videos and especially was hoping you’d take a tour of Shea’s new neighborhood off I25 and Castle Pines Parkway/Hess Road Exit in South Metro Denver. Your son does a great job filming and helping Mom out too 💪🏾🔥
