Absolutely loved your review, thoughts and beautiful application of all three palettes, Jackeline! You are the first creator who has really shown how the lightest palette (your Owl) can work with stunning effects on light to medium complexions. So many have ruled it out for all but the lightest of complexions but you make it look truly magical, so refined, elegant and still very effective. I’m light to medium, but ordered the deepest palette. I wanted as many new shades as possible, and I believe if used with a lighter hand, it can work. I also want to try it on my eyes. By the way, I got it in the original snake cover. It doesn’t seem to be as popular as the jelly fish or the owl, but I like it best. Your review and comparisons were perfect. I love your excitement and enthusiasm for these beautiful products. ❤

I have a really light, warm, skintone and I reached out to Hourglass. They suggested the snake palette for me. So i guess it would work on lighter tones as well.

I’m actually light to medium, but I ordered the jellyfish palette with the owl cover because I lean cool, and the colors in the jellyfish palette run on the neutral to cool side. Plus, the lightest finishing powder will have a brightening effect on me. I appreciate seeing all the palettes and comparisons with each other. The leopard palette is also beautiful, but at $90 a pop, I can only purchase one. It’s been a long time since I purchased from Hourglass, so I’m really looking forward to getting it!

Would love if they get at least nearly the same amount of new shades in every palette 🤷🏻‍♀️ probably leopard won‘t sell because there’s only one new shade - even though it seems to be the palette which will work on many skin tones & looks pretty on you 😉
