The Dior was transforming, you went from lovely to supremely beautiful, a huge immediate difference I had to see to believe. The Hourglass effect was glossy. This helped me a TON, at least I know what the products aim for, I love the Dior. Thanks Michele!

I agree, the Dior looked very nice, especially for filming. Thank you MICHELE! I ordered the by Terry Brightening CC Palette and I’m wondering if the rose scent dissipates after applying. It is a bit overwhelming and I don’t think I could keep it if the scent stays after applying. Thank you 🙏🏻 ❤️

I am waiting for my Hourglass setting spray to arrive! Dior is the same price and almost half the quantity of the Hourglass one. SIDE PART LOOKS SO GOOD ON YOU💋 - My daughter asked me what i want for MDAY and i said this Hourglass setting spray! Ha i have the DIOR 002 and it is my HOLY GRAIL. Im afraid to use it up, so i rarely use it. Even though the Hourglass isn’t as nice i will use it at least..... There are definitely heaps of silicones in the Dior as well, particularly why it has that blurring effect. The glycerin is probably the reason the Hourglass has the dewy look. Both look different yet amazing, but can understand your recommendation in light of your preference.

The Dior is much better on your skin. It looks blurred and refined. What a shame because, i wanted to like the Hourglass Veil more but this vid has helped me so much make the decision to buy this one. I love the Airflash foundation for the same reasons so, i guess it makes sense to stick with the Dior product. Thanks so much for sharing

In my opinion the Dior looks elegant vs the Hourglass looks Instagramish, which is not bad but not elegant. The Hourglass for everday running around while the Dior is for evening and special occasion.

Ohhh wow I actually noticed the difference for sure! I agree, I like the Dior better and it just happens to be my favorite setting spray ;) I did pick up the hourglass during the sale dangit, kind of wish I picked up a backup of the Dior instead haha. The Dior is just blur in a bottle and I am always amazing by the smoothing and perfected effect I get with that spray! Thanks for the review Michele! ❤️❤️

Love you reviews, but for twice the amount of product and cost efficiency I prefer the hourglass. The dior is truly a splurge for the amount of product you get. You look beautiful as always.

I just tried my HG setting spray and it squirts out at 1st or 2nd spray brand new but after that it's like a air fogger mist! I think u should try it again bc I saw big drops hit ur face under ur eye. Idk just 2 different types of products. I'm definitely gonna try that dior spray tho! I really love the HG spray it makes u looked veiled and blurred so good!

Great idea and compassion. I bought the Dior airflash and I’m still trying to figure out how to use it. It does something weird to my overall look. I’ll still give it more tries. I got mines during the Neimans 25%. Do you like the airflash foundation? And if yes, what shade do you wear?

Now I just need Stephanie Marie to do her reviews of the Hourglass and I think I will make up my mind. 🙂 I’m looking for a new setting spray. I like the Kate Somerville setting spray for summer outside days because it has an SPF in it but I don’t like it for workday. It gets a little toooooo radiant by end of day.

I actually had the same thoughts as you! I didn't understand the comparison, but maybe it's because I am completely out of the blue on the Dior spray(?). But I would've like to see how the hourglass works as a setting spray - how it sits on top of makeup and how it helps (or doesn't help) with makeup staying on throughout the day. Still love and appreciate all your videos so much, Michele!

Thanks for this, I was ready to order the Hourglass product since my skin is dry, but I may try the Dior Airflash since I haven't tried it yet. I just got the Hourglass setting spray and still on the fence with it. As an oily skin girl I'm not sure I like the radiance it gives, I feel I look oilier a LOT quicker. Shame, I love Hourglass but I don't think this is a good product unless you have dry/perfect skin.

Impulse is a little bit milkier than Frantic, so depending on what you prefer. Frantic is a bit warmer.

@@brendaf1033 I just bought the Gucci lipstick in Penny beige that I had not planned on purchasing because of kinky sweat and Kelsee. As well as the Kosas and clinique bronzers and the PMG concealer because of Michele! I'm excited! If you haven't picked up the Natasha denona mini Bloom blush yet, I really like that. It's definitely pigmented and bright but I love the effect on my skin, it's perfect for the summer.

@@irisk934 I got the Gucci Agatha Orange in sheer and Blaze of Noon in Satin. I really like them. They are perfumey but it does go away fairly quickly. I got the Kosas and PMG concealers also. I also picked up some of the new Fenty cream blushes and like them. I got the MINI Tart cream blush too. Also a couple of Nars blushes. The ND mini bloom blush has been in and out of my basket LOL I should just get it. All of these sales need to be over! Way way too tempting.

Hahaha! Iris, I'm doing the same thing! I was going to order another Gucci lipstick, then I saw Wayne Goss' preview and I think I will wait to order his lip products! I think I'm going to try the Dior Airflash - I've had my eye on it for a while. Happy shopping! Ginny

This isn't related to this video, but I recommend you try the Biologique Recherche serum de teint (I think you mentioned it in one of your videos?). I think you would love it! I got a tester and I was blown away! It's very light coverage, brightens up the face, blurs a bit, sinks into the skin so nice, leaves it velvet feeling, and after a few hours your skin looks even better than before! I can only imagine what it does to your skin after a longer use, since it has skincare ingredients. Downside is the price, but it is basically skincare. I have dry skin, and only my nose gets oily. After 5 hours I had no oils coming through on my nose...

Hi, is this hourglass comparable to the tatcha skin mist?

I don't find the tatcha mist to help my makeup stay on longer. It helps hydrate my skin but that's about it. The HG is more to help smooth and set.

I thought u care about ingredients, so I took your advice and I bought the koh gen do loose powder, but the first ingredient is talc ! Isn’t that bad for the skin!!!!

Hmmm. I must have gotten a bad can of the Dior when I tried it a few months ago. It read very glittery on me and I actually saw glitter on my skin. I ended up taking it back. Do you notice anything like that when you use it?

Hi Michelle, I have the Dior one, what it does is exceptional, but every time I use it , the hairs around the ear is also sprayed and then the hairs gets that colour ! Do you face this problem !Could you suggest anything so that it does not cover the hairs around the face pls !

I have noticed it a bit, but it doesn't bother me too much. You could try microplaning/shaving - a lot of women do it to their faces.

@@TheMicheleWang hi, I shave my facial hair once a month, but I meant the actual hair around the face , when I spray the Dior one , it somehow sprayed over the side hairs too.
