Yumm Ghee😋 You can add cardamon, clove or tulasi leaves when ghee is cooked and hot and after you can strain it. Taste n smell is amazing try ones

Beautiful video as always. Just one suggestion, not sure if you do it already. When you collect the cream from milk, you should add a spoonful of fresh dahi to the jar the first time. This will help in setting the dahi of the cream. Then keep on adding cream everyday. Then follow the process. This will yield into white butter and later authentic pure ghee, which is healthier. Without the addition of dahi, this is simply churned cream- hence the white foam when you put it to boil.

As regards the ghee, Diya you are quite an expert but I will still advise you to set the malai with some curd, before making the butter. Your ghee will not foam at all and besides it is the Satvik way. There is less residue too.

Really like you content N the way u present them A quick one pf making ghee is u directly put cream/malai and in Kadhai and extract ghee Ans the left over brown substance can be used as sweet dish by adding jagery
