I feel like it's a second home or a vacation home. Arie seems to really love where they are now -- the garage and outdoor space, etc. However, they are expecting twins so the current house may not be big enough...the house is beautiful, but it's not ginormous like you would expect from the size of the property. Remodeling is one of the hardest things a couple can go through -- it's really difficult, but maybe they would extend their current living space. They have all the room the could possibly need. I don't know, I don't see them giving up that house and property.
