Back gear krne m problem aa rhy hai kya ?

Hi i took rest drive of nios grand AMT asta model. I felt lag in lower gears. Vehicle wasnt sturdy in higher gears. Bouncy at pathholes and humps. Can anybody give me the update

Average on hills is 12 to 15 on highway 18 kmpl. In my openion back gear not smooth always. Getting in and out from car is uncomfortable , doors opening should be wide. No one can master the biting point of clutch up the hill. Engine is so smooth and quite to run . Back gear and door opening are two things not smooth .
