For android users, you can try Gbox or Swift Key keyboard. From there you can copy + paste backgrounds on your Instagram stories. There are no inbuilt app features till now like iOS has. 😐 Don't know about the update yet.

Rearrange 👌🏻 , the feature is experimental so far and has not reached all accounts

This sounds very nice if it does work but GIRLL HOW do you make the alternative way work? I tried it long ago and it worked only once, I still wonder how- I always try to put the post to the edge of the screen n fill as much screen with the background then press on the post again so it would come to the front... ofc if I press on the background to move it, it hides the post

the trick is you need to have both post + background pressed at same time! (with diff fingers) so enlarge the background first, press down on both, and then move the background how you need it only letting go on both when you're done!

RJ Kaur Thank for replying~ I guess I’ll have to practice it more😅 cuz Instagram sortof Locks my selection, so the moment I pressed on the bg for exmp, it would react to any other movement as if done on the bg although I’m having one finger on the post.... krkfkwkgkdod but thank you for this once again!
