Fun vlog. Jake and your mum are great! IVAR solid wood shelves are IKEAs longest running line (over 50yrs). I have a lot. As with all wood, it looks better with age and mine has survived 10 moves in the past 30yrs! And still looks perfect. It is still my favourite IKEA line. Thanks for vlog. I'm off to IKEA tomorrow.. so perfect timing.

That’s so funny that Haley told you about sneaking over to Sweden from Denmark when she was 9. My friends and I used to sneak over to Denmark from Sweden when we were teenagers. I think some of the best things IKEA has, and always had, are shelving and bookcases. They do the so well.

I love their food storage especially the glass ikea365+ and the korken jars. I especially love the bamboo and glass tops, no tabs. I use the top with tabs for lunches. What did you think about the new colors for the billy bookcases?

It’s so easy to get to our IKEA…all back roads no freeways but the check out is a nightmare. I always get excited to go there and then so disappointed in the some quality once there. I do like the feather pillow inserts, good price. Also kitchenware. Well you did it again, after watching all the way through, I’m going to IKEA next week. Surely I’ll come home with something 😅

That was cool. I've been to an IKEA store twice and both times I felt overwhelmed --not with the restaurant by the way. Anyway, I did not really understand the concept of exhibiting the rooms already designed and put together. I finally got it through this video. I live in a studio and am trying to figure out how to design my living space. I saw a small room here in your video that had a wicker couch and a wicker chair along with coffee table which was a wicker trunk --really cute. I think that that is my style, but I cannot seem to find that room in their website. Anyway, I do know that pine is back --being from Guatemala, we use pine for furniture all the time 'cause it's cheaper. Anyway, thanks Valentina. You guys are having so much fun! It's great!🐦🌴🌾🦎
