2020 Mai enrollment ke liye application kiya tha. Abhi bhi pending hai. Jurisdiction gaya toh kisi officer ke deskboard pr hai Kiske pass hai. IRS officer ji se mila unke portal par bhi nahi dikh raha bole. Status check kre toh pending dikh raha hai. Second time apply krdu kya madam.

Ma'am, had a question regarding RCM Say for example If a registered buyer(Mr. A) purchase raw cotton (5201 HSN) from a farmer (unregistered supplier) and the registered buyer(Mr. A) then forth sell the same quantity of goods to another registered buyer(Mr. Z). Then in that case do the first buyer (Mr. A) need to pay GST on RCM basis or not?. Note. Both the buying amd selling happens on the same day and in the same quantity.

Gst practiciner exam should not be tough like CA EXAM we are only b com graduate Student's. In last result we see that lots of practiciner are failed GOVT SHOULD THINK BEFORE PREPARING EXAMINATION. Exiting vat practiciner also failed this exam.
