Hahahah wtf are talking about? If your insulating sheet metal plenums with duct broad you put that shit on the inside. A professional would make a mental plenum then wrap it with Aleast r8 insulation. also what there doing is 100% acceptable (does not go against code in most states) if the Dutch broad it thick enough that is 😂

My AC had a duct transition with this fiberglass material, later it was replaced with insulated panels, and big difference, humidity increased from 30% to 40%, more pleasant and coldest air.

Yes, it will. I'm having to replace mine for this very reason. I'll admit it did hold up for about 15 years.

Whoever's installing a duck and stuff please don't cut your duct board like that did you hear all them scrapes and stuff he done tore up the f****** persons driveway doing that s*** don't do that s*** do it inside the house you ain't got to go that f****** deep in the orange tool that's a piece of s***just use the red and blue it's a lot easier and it looks a lot better it's tighter trust me cuz I know one thing if I was the homeowner I would be pissed to see a bunch of scratches in my driveway
