The OG is a winner for me. I would have assumed the new one had more coverage or more pigment given it’s name. I would have bought it thinking it’s a newer improved formulation in a serum form as opposed to the thicker old one. Thanks for the comparison video Steff you saved me some coin 👏🏻

I am intrigued by that Catrice primer!! I think I’ll pick it up next Amazon haul. I also want to try that IT powder. Okay as for the concealers, I think the OG was best but I won’t be get it or the new one. You looked gorgeous ❤

I love that catrice primer have to use it more often too. Looks so good on you. I don't like the sponge on the concealer either I find them to be too hard.

Thanks for the shoutout Steff! The OG definitely covers more. I think the intent of the new one is for another option? I know some people don’t like full coverage concealer. I like the OG but it is so full coverage like you said you can use it as a foundation! QVC still has a sale $40 for 2 but all but 3 shades are on waitlist and all the lighter shades are no longer available.

I had the old bye bye under eye but never finished it and threw it out. Because it was such high coverage and really oily/dewy in texture, I could only use a dot of it and it just expired before I even got half way through the tube. It was too thick and oily feeling for my liking, but I did love the super high coverage, it could probably cover a tattoo

I have LM Ultra blur & Too Faced Peach perfect loose powder. Of the two the Too faced is the best looking under the eyes. I wonder if this is better or same as the too faced powder.

That TF Peach powder is a holy grail of mine! I don’t mention it much anymore because it’s discontinued but I wish they would bring it back.

Is new one bye bye dark spots because of niacinimide for hyperpigmentation? That was how I understood it. Not necessarily for dark under eyes but then it has caffeine so I don’t know.

Yeah Niacinamide is always good for dark spots and of course the caffeine helps to wake up our eyes lol 😂! I just wanted this to have some more coverage.

I think they’re calling it Bye Bye Dark Spots because it has the niacinamide, which fades dark spots. But, like you, I don’t really believe skin care ingredients in my makeup are going to really help much. They can’t hurt, but I don’t see them helping enough where I’d feel I don’t need to use niacinamide in my skincare routine since it’s in my makeup. Plus, dark spots are a PITA to cover, even with full coverage concealers/foundations. So I did think it was odd they said this was light coverage (or did they say medium?) but hides dark spots.

Medium coverage but I really think this needed to be full. Maybe not as full as the OG but more than what they gave us here.

@@SteffsBeautyStash ohhh….yeah I definitely agree. If they’re calling it bye bye dark spots, even with niacinamide in it, it needed to be full cover. If they wanted a different option from their original, they could have made a lighter coverage one, but don’t call it bye bye dark spots 😂
