Malefic Gun • Timestamp - 03:01 - Long-ranged marksmans like Layla and Lesley (Risky if you use this for Beatrix's Sniper) - Heroes that can increase their range like Aulus and Freya 4. Glowing Wand and Necklace of Durance (Merge) • Timestamp - 03:55 - Support and mage heroes like Angela, Valir, Rafaela 5. Fleeting Time • Timestamp - 04:26 - Fighters, Assassins, and Mages with very long cooldowns on their Ultimates like Argus, Odette, Yin, etc. -Tanks with setter ultimates like Tigreal, Atlas, etc. - Supports with ultimates that is very helpful yet their ultimates has long cooldowns like Angela, Diggie, Estes, Faramis, Kaja, etc. 5. Malefic gun is not that good with Lesley because she is mostly play with huge DMG poke instead of attack speed so it will be difficult to refresh the 2 sec cool down unless u change ur build. I'm excited to see if it will be worth to come back to an attack speed build.

If i use ,penet boots,books talisman,concentrate,bloodwings,glowing and pandoras cyclops basically have a bit lower penet but have true hp damage,burn dot base hp,anti heal and thick shield right?and depend of situation blood wings replace with holy crystal a new revamp item you got plenty of raw high magic power too

Pandora's Box on a dps build Natan would be a Karrie 2.0 on steroids. It's like Natan has Karrie's ultimate but its always active. Natan with Trinity + FoH + Pandora's Box = Decimation. It'll be a pure damage + magic damage galore. If these items pass Moontoon's tests, it'd be a huge game changer. The only item that I hope that doesn't pass is tge Sky Piercier. No chance of escaping anymore, even if you're a tank, on very low hp if your enemy can just graze you and you die.

Thunderbelt is already a pretty good purchase rn, they are simply removing its cd reduction and mana regen in favor of giving a much needed boost to defensive stats considering sky piercer and pandora's box would be a pain. There's also the 20 ms which no one should ignore.

So the way I see it, Pandora's Box is basically War Axe without the stacks but have to deal certain amount of damage to activate the effect, but this time every mage (heroes that deals magic damage) can use it.

The devs said that Sky Piercer is for early game ganks but we all know that it's purpose is to kill tanks. They reheheheally hate the tank-jungler meta. If it was for early game ganks, they'd use a fixed HP as the trigger, not % of max HP.

They don’t hate tank junglers, they hate the whole defense thing and want the game to end as quickly as possible… they added trinity build for mm, negative magic pen for mages, physical pen with hybrid build for fighters and that versatile waraxe for both fighters and assassin… in past tanks used to help whole team to defend bases and create a comeback but they don’t want that now, they also upgraded lord for late game. They also nerfed few defensive items.

Obvi cec won't need clock of destiny. So he can use the box instead. Bc he infinitely scales, if he gains stacks from the effects, he's gonna be completely broken. Not to mention the spell vamp application

Pandora's Box seems like a disaster waiting to happen. Percent Max Health True damage is something that should NEVER be given to anyone under any circumstances. Percent Max Health damage can be countered by building Armor/Magic Resist, while true damage can be countered by building Health. The moment it becomes Percent Max Health true damage, you're out of luck since no amount of HP, Armor, and Magic Resist can help you survive longer.

My beatrix build is already fast I love having extremely fast Beatrix I'll definitely add that instant kill one and she has very good burst dmg so its really good for her And I may use that Pandora's box on harith

Thunderbelt will be overpowered the +20 movement speed is a scary stat just like the old removed item ancient ghostsatue. For example imagine heroes like hilda can run like zilong ult when using first skill and rapid boots.

Loving the change in dominance, basic attack hero can now raise again. Been fed up with all these skill spammer with high spellvamp that require dominance and Antique to counter but dominance alone can counter basic attack and lifesteal.

I like the update seems balanced however classification of items now is not as simple, we xould be seeing an overhaul in that ... I think there could be more adaptive stats changes in future.... Also pandoras box being true damage is a bit.... Also I kinda want to know if the sky something the assassin item could get pass through twiligths passive if so, that is making things balance..... Twiligth reduce even true damage if I am not mistaken and yeah pandora could help burt heroes but I think other ways to implement it would be better I mean hybrid defense is useless if they always deal true damage.... i think does not need to be true damage to balance item selection and diversify... i think making true damage is just more initiative for twiligth armor than other defense.... Making it so that other defense items are more effective to counter the item would be better... I havent tested but I think so far it ia good it ia juat this one thing I have a bit of problem.... They could have made it magic power with pen then radiant armor would be a bit valuable... Till now I still think magic defense items are lacking and this ite. Does not help overalll price changes feels now reasonable than before and I really like the changes but I feel some parts could fail the execution... The there are now can be an early game item a mid game item and aate game which is interesting... Pandoras box is my only concern... It looks xool I lile it but change a bit on its effects and it is a deal also radiant armor....
