I think the cream cheese foam is originated from Taiwan as well if i am not wrong. It is very popular in Singapore. I am so going to this new Jodd Fairs next month. Thanks for the video.

what time usually do they have hot air balloons?

There is no certain date when they are going to put up the balloons. You will need to ask them on Facebook messenger, Its "Jodd Fairs Danneramit". but when they do the balloons are up starting from 6pm-9pm.
