Featured at the John Deere booth at the 2019 National Farm Machinery Show in Louisville KY was their new 3035D tractor. The new 3D tractors are all gear drive with a synch reverser and manual non-synchronized cast iron(?) transmission. Currently you can get three different engines on this tractor all with tier4 emissions equipment. 25, 35, and a 43HP engine is optional. I came away pretty impressed with this new machine. It doesn't look basic and has been styled to match the current lineup. It has great features common to most JD tractors that will help any operator feel right at home. Ergonomics wasn't forgotten either. Everything was within easy reach, color coded, and easy to manipulate.
