after binging a lot of your videos....i guess i can safely say you are the humblest martial artists i know of in social media sphere haha im not a martial artistist btw ...mostly do running and play basketball and sometimes play with nunchakus and my bokken but your concepts about karate really are applicable in my own things...great videos keep it up.

I agree, hope you will organize a seminar in Balkan, or somewhere near! And, Jesse-san, your seminars have a nice atmosphere around them (friendly oriented), that's one of the main things that I like compared to some others I went to.

Thanks for the video, it has many helpful tips not just for techniques, but mental perspective as well. Hey Sensei! Do you have a video that covers the biomechanics of the foot-knee-hip relationship? I have been trying to drill into my students the importance of correct knee position, and pivoting on the support foot, maybe a youtube video from someone other myself would drive the point home! Thanks!

Loved the tip about rotation=tension=stability. Wanting to learn more about biomechanics. Curious about the knee and hip pain I’m feeling after practicing more stances and kicks recently. Maybe doing something wrong?

if you ever get a finger in your eye, you'll learn to stay at kicking distance. if the opponent tries to close, either kick him or "make space".

Funny, I work sitted at a desk 8h a day. When I'm at the dojo some articulations indeed feel like it's going to break. Specially the leg ones. Am I actually in danger?

Your explanation of kicking is very nice, as a Taekwondoka myself, you are one of few that said that said knee, hip and shoulder should be aligned. Keep up the good work ;)
