So, I bought "Box Office" and found it pretty ordinary. It is the exact same as Chambor Orosa Matt Lipstick in the shade "Dusty Rose". But the Chambor one is prettier and also lasts longer. This one can hardly survive a tea! Though I'm a fan of Katrina and Kay Beauty and have used almost all of their products, this lipstick is a disappointment for me. It is not only overpriced but also very ordinary to pay one grand! But all the influencers seem to talk only good things about this product. When I gave my review in Nykaa, they did not publish it either. This particular product is pushed too much by everyone according to me (not everything from Kay Beauty).

Bon Bon .Mac is considered a high-end brand. So what if you’re paying for brand name? Goodwill and reputation hold immense value, Mac has been around for a very long time and they make very good quality products. From the reviews I’ve seen the Kay beauty lipsticks don’t even perform well regardless of its price point. If I had to drop 1k on a Mac or Kay beauty lipstick I’d blindly got for the Mac and that’s on reputation. Lol I don’t get the point of bringing Mac into this, I didn’t say Kay beauty is the most expensive lipstick, there are obviously more expensive lipsticks by Huda beauty, Chanel, YSL etc how does that change the fact that these lipsticks by Kay beauty are simply not worth 1k considering how new the brand is and especially the poor quality.

Bon Bon I don’t agree with you on Mac. Mac didn’t just come out of nowhere, like Kay beauty. They built and earned their reputation over good quality products. Lol don’t compare Kay beauty to Mac, it’s Kay beauty that came out of nowhere and people are buying it only because of Katrina’s name. So what if Mac is expensive? It’s a high end brand and doesn’t pretend to be anything else, can you go question Gucci why their products are so expensive? Even if your point is that both are absurdly expensive, it’s justified for Mac and you’re getting a good quality product, whereas for Kay Beauty it’s hit or miss. I’d get it if you were comparing Kay beauty to Kylie Cosmetics but Mac? Lol no.

I do not understand why people come with hate comments under sponsored videos. Like bro you gotta earn money. She is doing swatches of the lipsticks on her hand and her lips as well. She is doimg wear test. She is elaborately expressing what she feels. And you still have a problem with that. She is not forcing anyone to buy these lipsticks. Is she doing any harm to you or showcasing a wrong idea? No. Healthy criticisms are acceptable but not hate comments. Have a good day . 💖

I really like Kay Beauty products.. I have tried All 3 Kajal, mascara, lip crayon, eyeshadow sticks and nail paint and I'm loving all of those .. Well done katrina.. now looking forward to try this lipstick 💄

Nothing so special with these lipsticks. The price point is quite high. Sorry to say but i just think Jovi is trying so hard to sell these lipstick which is no special at all other than its from Katrina's brand..

outer body of wrap up is different as shown in nykaa website....which one is correct...becoz in nykka site wrap up is tottally different from ur...will i buy i or not...becoz i dont know what colour it will come ....

I found the collection very meh. I personally don't think it looks that luxurious because of the plastic colour coded bit and I could be wrong and it may look much better in person but the market it saturated with matte lipsticks in the same shade range. Kay already has matte lip crayons that are really good so I don't see the point of this collection for the price point it's at. All the Maroons and reds look gorgeous on you though 🤗

I still feel it's over priced. I use Sephora cream lip stain which is inr 1220/- it is far better pigmented and comfortable too, though it's a liquid one. There are really lesser Indian brand which really gives me satisfaction, though Sugar lip crayon is promising. I have used Kay crayons. But whenever I use a MAC mini 1050/- it outshines it.

Sumana Chakrabarty Music & More she’s not a brand ambassador. It’s HER brand. She owns half of it. She put in her own money to start it. She is the one who approached Nykaa to help with distribution. The owner of Nykaa owns the other 50%. She’s clearly invested in this brand and wants it to do well. And the quality being so-so is clearly a lie since it’s gotten almost all positive reviews.

Well, views can vary person to person. I personally didn't like the pigmentation vs the price we are paying. It's my personal opinion, many of my friends did say this too.
