This is so interesting on my skin - it’s a peppery rose & caramel flavoured popcorn. Sounds like it shouldn’t work but it does. It’s stunning. I’ll be buying a 50ml bottle real soon.

I like Nectar more than the original, for me the Bourbon Vanilla in Nectar is lovely, and a hint of caramely popcorn i can feel. i ordered it 2 weeks ago. And now because of you i ordered Aura too ☺. For me the original idole is like the younger sister of the original J' adore. That pear note make them very similar and for me J' adore is more complex and mature and lasts longer so.....

We’ve had Nectar here in Central Europe for a month now. To me it’s very sweet and very rosey but I can smell pear too which is not listed. Reminds me of JPG La Belle a lot. No popcorn note sadly. Aura on the other hand is absolute perfection, in my top 3 fragrances. ❤️

Hi Soki, finally we have this in Cyprus, my favourite is Idole Intense, I tested Idole Nectar yesterday wasn't sure about it but as time went on it smelt better and better!, and stayed on my skin even after a shower there was a faint smell, it could be my next purchase!

Oooh I have been waiting for this review! I really like the original, Aura is second to that for me. I think I will still get the smaller size when it eventually releases.

I purchased this last week and I am disappointed. It reminds me a lot of Kayali Eden Juicy Apply which has a body spray feel to it. It doesn't last as long as the original and lacks the depth and spillage the original has. I don't get any caramel popcorn from it, moreso fruity top notes. I will let it sit and see of it develops but for now I'm disappointed.

I bought it two weeks ago, maybe even earlier. I heard a lot of people saying that they don't notice the popcorn or caramel notes, but I really do and I love it. It also smells very tropical to me. Definitely my favorite from the line Great review as always!

I wonder if the popcorn note will become more noticeable as bottles 'age'? I've often found perfumes that I didn't initially care for because they seemed fleeting and 'baseless' just needed to sit for a few weeks and then the base notes came into play. The opposite has happened, too, where a fragrance I thought I liked became too strong and overwhelming as time went on so I'm never quick to judge on first impressions.

Late to the party as always but I did purchase this recently excited about the popcorn note that is mentioned. I agree it is definitely closer to the original Idole which I like but I am a more warm fruity gourmand girl and have to be in the mood for a more floral scent. It is nice but not what I expected. Oh give me a good boozy tobacco scent as well and I am in heaven 😄🥃🔥

Beautiful bottle. I love idole aura more than the original, for some reason it turns into a super musky incense rose on my skin that's just gross, but I love the opening and first hour

Oh wow, I just ordered a couple of fragrances from their site and yeah, it's not showing up there yet. Kind of disappointed it's just rosy. As a gourmand-loving kind of gal, I was hoping for the emphasis to be on those great-sounding popcorn, vanilla, and caramel notes. Guess I'll just have to be patient for my bottle of Empress for that elusive popcorn note! 😉💜 This review was super helpful, thank you! P.S. I was wearing Be Extra Delicious today and the caramel in there is super yummy & prominent so that might be another good choice for the caramel seekers! Of course Candy and especially BonBon are always super great, too! 💖

This is disappointing for me. I saw the candy picture next to it in Ulta only for it to be the furtherest thing from sweet. I dont smell vanilla or popcorn.

I have a question I’m a young person and I’m afraid of roses because if they are done wrong they can smell a bit dated to me,do you find the rose notes on nectar prominent and dated or the rose in this one is indistinguishable? I just received a sample of the nectar and I'm trying to wrap my head around it I don't know if I like it or not I certainly smell no popcorn whatsoever in it and barely any roast I don't know what I'm smelling in it but thanks for clarifying I'll look for those notes as I wear it

Idole nectar smells so good, but, unfortunately, the projection is very weak. Do you think it is similar to Very Irresistible or Irresistible rose velvet? I think that one lasts and projects longer.

I have the Original haven’t wore yet & intense, the intense I wear often it smells like a fruity floral and last on my clothes 8hrs+ Real compliment getter!
