You know burn is weak when you see mirror match at the 1-3 bracket. Every deck has a pro active plan that’s just more powerful nowadays. Lack of fetch shock from OPs also hurt alot! Shelf the deck for a few months.

51:32 in the mirror it’s fine to bring in path in case they bring in SEV. Fun to watch. I think a surveillance land is fine tech to make your fetches have an extra ability and in top deck mode you’ll be happier about it than a shock land

Elegant Parlor looks like a nice alternative for the Secret Passage card in the Ravnica: Clue Edition set, as the Secret Passages in a standard game of Clue are shortcuts for moving between opposite corner rooms on the standard Clue gameboards rather than potential crime scenes in a regular game of Clue.

I guess 4 Wear // Tear in the sideboard is the only chance for the burn survives in the current meta now.

Mengu a month ago you posted a burn list that also did well in a big tourney that was on 4 eidolon and Helix. This list notably on zero Eidolon. Do you have an opinion on that/vortex in the current meta?

The fact that the last match ends on Parlour doing it's thing really sold me on not wanting to run it, lol. I don't know how a feel about Smash in the sideboard. It seems like such an amazing card at face value, but so often it just doesn't end up being as good as I want it to be.

Seems like suspending rift bolt is usually better than casting any other i mana burn spell as it being "stuck" in hand and needs a turn tonget of gets worse and worse the further the game goes

Surveil lands are busted I definitely think modern will see all of them in most decks.

Is the tap land better than inspiring vantage? Couldn't it replace islet instead?

white mana is rarely the bottleneck but burn spells usually are, i think vantage is less important

Ciao, grazie per quasto video su Burn, io ho iniziato da poco a giocare modern e questo è stato il mazzo più abbordabile economicamente da costruire. Una domanda se possibile.. il fatto di giocare delle Fetch tutte diverse è per un motivo in particolare oppure io cho ho 4 arida mesa posso giocare tutte quelle?

Idea to resolve the leyline + draco problem: Use 1 stomping ground like the old days in Burn to bring some Run Afoul and Destructive Revelry in The sideboard. What do you think? Greetings from Brazil

Pick Your Poison ends up being a really good option should you decide to splash green. While it's not instant speed like Run Afoul, it allows you to either deal with Leyline and Draco (While also having a lot of utility in a bunch of other match-ups).

I like this plan again honestly. I was messing around with 4 in the main as opposed to Rift Bolt and it was fun, but not enough targets. Seems like that isn't the case now!

I've been on this plan for a few months now and it causes so many blowouts. D Rev is always unexpected from opponents since they're used to seeing wear // tear.

One tap land to add an ability to every fetch land in your deck. It really is a net positive for win rate.
