I really like this new base coat. I've used the rubber base coat since it came out and more recently used the colour ones but because the fibre base seems to be a thinner consistency I found this to be much easier to apply that the rubber products. I can see this being my go to base, especially in the colder months when you need the help for brittleness and the rubber products seem to be extra hard to work with.

So glad to hear your feedback! ♥️ I'm also loving this one due to the consistency! The rubber base has always been my go to, but I reckon this could take top spot! 😉 it's definitely going to come in handy in the summer months, I also think durability wise it will be good during the summer for people who are applying a lot of sun cream or in water more swimming etc! Hi! I’m wondering if you could explain a bit more about the health and safety aspect of the fibreglass particles in this product, specifically in terms of removal? I E-file off the majority of product and leave a thin base before filling in with new product, when a doing a gel fill, which works great with builder in a bottle for ex. But I can’t imagine the fibreglass being safe in the air if E-filed??

Hey! Thank you for your question! As the Fibre Base is a base coat rather than a builder product, you could do your usual routine of filing down to a thin base then infilling, or if you wanted to do a complete removal you could file down to a thin layer (the base coat) and then soak off the base coat - which soaks off easily or of course you could do a complete soak off, as all our products are soak off we recommend the base coats be soaked off to avoid filing of the natural nail. In regards to filing off & health and safety, the Fibre Glass Stregthening happens during curing, however the particles are synthetic so when it comes to filing it will not be different to other base coats, as with any efiling/filing we would always recommend a mask be worn and a dust collector be used however there is no danger to particles in the air ♥️ I hope that helps however if you have need further info or any other questions I'm happy to help x

Very well explained. I too wondered if the fiber glass particles would add texture to the nail but this self levelled very well. Thank you for explaining. Looks like an amazing product.

Wow absolutely Amazing fiber gel base coat love how you explained what it dose might have to order so of this fiber base coat as i have brittle nails and wanting to grow them without breaking xxx

As a nurse I have to keep my nails short and without color. Could I just use this base and the rubber top coat without any color gel in between? Just to give my nails some strength and protection from water and hand sanitizer.

Yes you could definitely use the base & top coat together without any colour for a more natural looking mani, it will definetly help add a bit of strenght especially if you're using sanitiser alot ♥️♥️
