In the post office, GDS have to bear a lot of pressure from the higher officials. They are not given any complete training nor are they given any facilities in the postal department. The central government also does not do anything at this level. GDS are exploited in the postal department.

Amendments in Sec. 4 and Sec. 10 were mutual contradictory that's why Govt. decided to withdraw liabilities from Post Office. When any officer will check the delivering Item then offcourse that item will be liable for distortion hence removing the liabilities will be good to avoid contradiction.

I sent one parcel from Germany in March that reched India on 1 march that Reached india on 8th march in mumbai and then in New Delhi, then Pathankot and reched final destination in himachal on 11th April 2024. I send eight creams of 250 gm for skin care. Because one of my family member is having skin disease. It was opend in Mumbai may be two or three creams were stolen because it was made in germany, then it was opend in Delhi then again one two creams were stolen, then it reached pathankot than may be one two creams were stolen. Finally it was received by my sister in dharmsala there was only one cream inside the parcel. The name of the company is AOK. This is not a beauty cream but Urea cream that is for skin treatment. same on those who stole from the DHL parcel. Shame on indian customs and postle service.
