I have over 40 hrs on this map and just got the abandoned farm rebuilt. I been selling lumber at the train and also some silage. Had to take the 2 gold nuggets at the farm as you can't move them. I did put in the new warehouse and some odds and end other then that the lumber paid for my farm. Love this map. The most I got out of a full load of 8 meter logs was almost 28k

Those first few loads by hand are always a little disheartening because the good length logs are just too heavy to lift by hand, but it'll definitely get better in no time I'm sure!! Mc184 I'd my favourite forklift. Can carry 2 crates of sugar where the skidsteer would tip forwards with one. Plus it goes 15 mph and can pull any trailer

Hello P, Hubby and I found out that when we were cutting some trees, we were using the tree mulcher and the mobile wood sellpoint by jos - this mobile woodsaw is very convenient as you can hand carry it wherever you want and it cost US500 to buy and not only that, by playing on precision farm maps and having soil sampled your farms, after you'd cut your trees and used the table saw, it pays you to cut the trees and also gives you environmental reward money too! so it is a win-win thing! Give it a try! (btw it cuts the entire tree! Wow! just face the exclamation icon to fell tree and hit the L3 (PS5 players) and voila! the whole tree is gone! and you get $$ and environmental score pts!) ;)

Avant 420 skidsteer loader £16000, Avant adapter for standard skidsteer tools £750 (both from the Avant pack), JCB brush and log fork (incl. with JCB 325 T skidsteer mod) £1200. Or, remember (cough) you did bring a skidsteer or telehandler over from the last map after all. You get more more money per foot the longer the individual logs are, so you should look at finding a way to handle longer logs with all haste.

Just as a thought mate, may be utilizing the production chains very early in the series would be a good idea. It shouldn't be the case that you own them in the stroy line. All of them can be on the map and as long as you have the raw materials you can start using them instead of selling the raw materials for very low prices. For example you could just use the carpentry for furniture. It won't speed up the things for sure but at least the resulting earnings would be much worthy.

My experience with logging on 22 is that the top half of the tree is worth nothing.so I cut the tree in half and sell the bottom piece in its full length and wood chip the top half .I reckon you make more chipping the top half of the tree than selling it as logs

Love it. Maybe pop the Johnston modular trailer on your mod list. It is cheapish and very versatile with its addons that you could get as you need them. Like others have said, would prefer to you to ignore the gold nuggets and continue the struggle.

Ahhhh, Mr. Sealyp, you never fail to provide yet another Excellent storyline. You are soooo creative!!! Them old Lizard (Ford) trucks take a beating and keep on ticking!!! I don't think it would be a cheat if you purchased the WoodSellPoint (looks like a table saw) and used it. You could then sell your wood right where you cut it down and not have the need for the logging trailer or heavy equipment to pick up the logs for loading. I mean, if you were really out in the woods, doing what you're doing, would you seriously not go the most efficient and cost effective way about selling your wood? 😀🥰 I know you could hear everyone screaming, "pick up the gold nugget under the tractor wheel" in the barn. LOL 🤣😂 But I must admit, your storyline is very exciting just the way you're doing it. I LOVE your creativity and ingenuity when it comes to your storylines. The Pick up's shocks are so old they don't do much good, your riding on the leaf springs . Keep at it there is Alot of work ahead.

8m logs pay best south saw mill pays a bit better. Grab some gold get a bit of kit you got this mate. Aslo a thing I found out north saw mill when you buy it its kinda slow making boards but there worth much more. But they must by lifted on to train car. But the train pays a lot more than farmers market. Kinda sucks about the update but I want plant trees hope it comes out soon.

i have that table saw mill it is just the thing for starting out and also you can move it around!

Intensity is the purpose of a survival role play sir! Don’t forget though that wood prices show up now in the sell price menus. I suspect that if you looked in there, you will find there is a better price for wood at the train station sell point that isn’t marked on the map. That may make life a little easier on you. Is it wrong to get enjoyment out of watching you stressing about money starting out?

Instead of a wheel loader or telehandler, what about using the Fiatagri tractor with front loader and big bag support mod. Nice and cheap way to get you lifting those larger logs! Either way can't wait to see where you go with this one! Keep up the good work 👍🏼

I've been building a big herkin farm on this map since the map came out, only I happened to win the PowerBall lottery before hand, so I've got more money than one needs. Anyway, I think you forgot to mention that customs allowed you to bring along your Schultz Modding toolbox, so you're able to work on the pickup & trailer. Not to mention that old Massey that's in that old barn. And next time you're up in the Ranger station, maybe inquire about being a fire spotter. The job doesn't pay much at all. But it's easy work. Great intro into the new series!

Here in Arkansas, we have black bears, coyotes, bobcats, the odd alligator, wolves, Copperhead snakes, rattlesnakes, and the really fun brown recluse spider, along with your mice. We have the wonderful wood rat which can be huge. Found a nest of copperheads in the garage....lol.Honestly, when you are used to it you don't really think about it until you come across one. As far as Camden, do you have to update? Not sure how it works on ps5. If not, just don't. I really like this series, and can't wait to see where it goes. Blessings as always.

I’d suggest the JCB Teletruck. It’s the size of a skid steer with the capability of a telehandler

Maybe you can aim for one of the open air gardens by OmaTana? Or a couple. Not sure you have done them on a lets play yet (only greenhouses on Calmsden I think). They are cheap to build, only 2000. You can run them just with water to start with so you can get a water trailer. They are made of timber so you can even role play having built them yourself. And they can output potato and sunflower so you can "go organic" and produce your own food too. It will not change the game in terms of you will still have to do a lot of logging and will not make huge money quickly. So you can log as well, but it gives you a little extra source of income each month to speed you along so you can progress a little quicker and not spend 20 hours logging to prepare for the next episode. Just an idea!
