I agree. Scaffolding is much better than ladders when there is a bunch to do.

You can say that again. I ended up the a hospital trauma unit from a ladder kicking out from under me. Thanks for watching and commenting.

Those are some of the nicest scaffold feet I have seen in a long time. Most are to thin, and barely welded, so they come apart in short order. I would imagine those will outlast both of us. Thanks for sharing an enjoyable video. See you on the next one. Take Care and Stay Safe. Bob

G’day Steve. I know the feeling mate. I’ve never cut gears ⚙️ also. I started out as a motor mechanic and then switched to engineering 10 years later. I’ll be watching your progress with keen interest. BTW, we need to swap stickers mate. I think we spoke about it but forgot to follow up. Cheers 🍻. Aaron

Nice little project Steve, simple and utilitarian, nothing like a rock solid scaffold to enhance the project. Enjoyed the vid, cheers.

The plate should be laying down in the saw. Always cut with the most metal engaged on the blade. Helps the life of the blade. Unless the vise doesn't open that far. There's no right or wrong, just blade life. Nice little project 👌. Where did you get the mig gun holder?
@sharkrivermachine
@sharkrivermachine 3 жыл бұрын
Tried it first that way. The blade guide will not clear the vise in that configuration. Thanks for watching and commenting.
