I’m with the other person, this person is sitting outside of your home, has no purse or any ID. Says the bus got her there earlier than expected. The mom or no one checks on the first nanny to see why she never showed as this wasn’t normal behavior for her. This chick looks crazy.

The first time Ella told her mom the nanny said her own mom loved her so much and that was why she didn’t have a nanny plus it was Ella’s idea to try on her mom’s dress would have been my cue to be suspicious of that nanny.

This is a great movie to understand as a narcissist behave... The nanny live a traumatic life during her childhood. And this situation drive her to get a narcissist personality. When she starting smiling and be very confident during the job interview, I just realize she was a narcissist person. The great ability to hide her real intention and emotions was very so good. A narcissist person look pretty and is someone that apparently is very confident about her self and charming. The way this nanny manipulate the husband is something very real, unfortunately this thing happen in real world scenario. The narcissist is a person that has the ability to observe as the people behave and use this information against them to manipulate and to create some bad feeling on her victims. The sexual involvement was another thing that a narcissist offer to her victims when they starting behave as she/he want to... In case of the husband, the purpose was to get all her attention and push the manipulation to next level. To me is interesting analyze the way she manipulate the little girl saying that the idea to put the poison on the dress technical not come from her. Or that it was the baby girl idea. But she quickly understand that the baby girl not accept assume the responsibility in the first place. And the narcissist nanny change the game saying to her I love you. This is one of the key words used by the narcissist when he want to force a commitment during a manipulation process . In resume it is like, I know this go wrong but I love you anyway. I love you is another word that the narcissist use frequently, even they cannot experiment this feeling... At the end, living with a narcissist person will create lot of pain and mental disorder in her victims minds/head. Because, both part of our brain, will be fighting for the truth about what is really happening...Its because deeply in our soul we know that something is going wrong. But we are human and we think reasonable. We'll decide about on the information we can manager in real time. Like things I saw and I listen.
