New Lift Announcement: New England's First Pulse Gondola

In partnership with RiverWalk and South Peak resorts, we're excited to announce the upcoming installation of a new pulse gondola lift, the first of its kind in New England.
This Doppelmayr lift will connect RiverWalk to the base of our newly-expanded South Peak terrain-and nearby Timbertown Quad.
Construction is scheduled to begin in spring 2025 and open during the 2025/26 winter season.

This is perfect for the type of clientele Loon markets towards. Beginner to intermediate. IMO-waste of $, but a shiny new lift will keep them happy.

In short, pulse gondolas are basically like trams - if trams don't stop moving. It's essentially like a fixed grip lift, that slows down every time a "Pulse" (the three gondolas bunched up together) get to either terminal and go slow around the bullwheel for riders to get off / on - while not stopping. Pulse gondolas (Depending on how many Pulses there are) can actually go as fast at Detachable quads when all cabins/carriers are on the line as well, so you're not just going super slow the whole time as well.

_“First pulse gondola in all of New England”_ Yeah great, that’s like being the tallest dwarf in your area. Do you guys know that pulse gondolas are absolutely useless for uphill capacity? How does solve your limited parking issues?
