Had the G703 Hero Wireless for around a month and love it. Wireless is the wave!

Was glad to see the 403/703 get the hero sensor update. LOVE my OG 403 and am strongly considering upgrading since I adore the shape/weight and that sensor is perfect to me.

I'm glad they released a lighter version of the G703! I switch back and forth between my GPW and my G703. Grip-wise, I don't have a problem. I use a hybrid claw grip on the GPW, and I use a fingertip grip on my G703. And aim-wise, I can aim decently with both. One problem I have while using the GPW is that when I play for an extended period of time my hand starts to cramp due to my grip. That doesn't happen on my 703. But one small issue I've been facing recently with the 703 is that the weight is starting to bother me a bit. I got used to the GPW's weight that when I switch to the 703 I can't help to notice how heavier it is. I'm excited to get my hands on one of these and maybe use it as my main mouse again. the majority likes braided what are you on about ? braided cable makes it slide wihtout resistance on the mouspad, that is why people even buy braided cables and change it on mouses with rubber cable

I got mine when it first released for my son but got it for half off because they had the boxes marked down for the old g703. The store mislabeled the price of the new o e so they honored the marked price. I was lucky LOL.

you're one of the few people actually focusing and pointing out the different grips, covering them comprehensively. Appreciate that. I'm a fingertip grip user for a long time now and that sort of information is critical for me, that's the only grip I've used for a long number of years.

Thank you for the review which helped me in deciding on which one to get! This is by far my FAVOURITE mouse. Switched from Razer Basilisk V1 and Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed. My hand size is 17.8x9.2cm I have a VERY mild claw grip where I curve my index and middle finger slightly, and the underside of my first and second knuckles are less than 5mm away from the mouse's surface. ALL the previous mice I have used had me doubting my purchase the moment I started using them and this was the only one which I did not doubt one bit. I really wanted to go with the G Pro wireless but it was too expensive for something that has a really high possibility of getting dclicking issues Second choices were the Razer Viper Ultimate and Glorious Model D The Razer Viper Ultimate to me, was too flat and felt like my palm along my ring and pinky finger would eventually cramp and many defects and design flaws were reported for such an expensive mouse. I did not go for the Model D due to it not being wireless and reported sensor rattle in one of the reviews I found. Coming from the Basilisks, I did not expect myself to like these gentle curves compared to the Basilisks where the ergo's are rather aggressive and your fingers are"forced" to follow the edges and curves. Even though the Basilisks have more edges and more aggressive curves to dig into, I find the G703 easier to control due to how forgiving the curves are for different grip styles and also the weight. Being a wireless mouse, I also need not worry about a messy table where the cable would get stuck under a book, wallet or what not. Cheers!

I got the g403 and it has never really been comfortabel for me. But with the grip you showed in this video, it felt so much better. My aim is so much better now. Im so glad i found this video, keep up the good work. You deserve more.

Update on this mouse, the braided cable was changed. when I bought my second 703 because my first one stopped talking with its receiver (its fixed now), it didn't have the braided cable my first one had.

At the point where you have to retrain how you use a mouse, just to use it comfortably - best to just get another mouse that's more suited to you. There's tons of options on the market, and certainly ones that cost a lot less. Logitech's asking price is a bit unrealistic given the other options available these days.

Only thing I'm worrying about is the double clicking. Will wait a bit to see if they are still using dirt cheap switches prone to defects...

for my G603 (same shape, replaceable batteries), I put on two bits of grip tape on the sides to keep it from feeling slippery (and reduce hand strain)

I have the G703 Hero Wireless for almost a month now. The battery life is amazing!!! I only charge about once or twice a week (90min to charge to 100%)! Loving it so far. So worth it and bang for the buck.

I use fingertips grip and it's the best mouse shape I've ever experienced. The only issue I've had with logitech is that their mices are like russian roulette when it comes to longevity of the buttons. Basicaly, after first month or two you rolling on double click everyday :I

Most average joe prefer braided cable because it feels premium.

For some reason the G403 shape is extremely comfortable for my 19.5 by 9.5 hands. Both in palm and claw. Even a bit of fingertip here and there. Just a tad heavy and my rubber isn't as grippy as it once was (even after rigorous cleaning. It's 2 years old though.)

I have had two g703's and they both have clicking issues, the second one in less than two months

Buy an Anker cable. Some people also like braided cables.

got the og g703 and love it so much. also i changed the dpi shift button to display battery life

I did use g403 for some time and I bought g703, but I feel it a little bit on the heavy side, to see so little difference in the weight, but still I feel it. I hope I will get comfortable with the weight.

I doubt between this mouse, the 903 and the Gpro, all wireless with the hero sensor.

finally, someone who shares my disdain for braided cables. it seems like everyone in the peripherals world worships braided cables. they just get twisted up and dirty and gross after awhile. first serious gaming headset i had was a turtle beach something or other with a braided cable and it got so badly twisted that i actually couldnt get out some of the bends because the weave separated too much and got stuck in place. the only time i dont hate a braided cable is with my hyperx cloud 2s because instead of going straight to the pc it plugs into a fob with a short aux cable that lets me untwist it without having to climb over my pc to unplug it from the back.

update this now comes with non loud side buttons and 20m omron switches so no chance at double click

But yea I have the G403 which is pretty much the exact same shape but I modified the Grips with 'Lizard Skin' Hockey Grip tape that I cut out the shapes for and applied it. Works wonders but kinda damages your mouse with the Sticky Icky Kaa-Kooo~.

I use g403 with Hyperglides i really like the shape of this mouse so i may get the g703. My Model o is on the way so i will test that and see if i enjoy the shape. If not i think this might be the mouse for me (I position my hand the same way you ended up doing using palm grip).

Love this mouse. Very responsive and no tracking issues unlike my old $20 pictek t16. This mouse also looks so good. Chose this one in particular cuz the grip style shown in the video is the one I already use.

Eh, as someone who switched from the G403 which is the exact same chassis it's a pass for me. Bought the Model O because of your review & I don't see myself buying a new mouse anytime soon.

I got the s2 about a month ago and it is great but I always find myself going back to my g pro wired and my g403. The g403 shape is one of my favorite shapes hands down. Edit: The hump is the reason why I like the mouse so much and why it's so comfortable for me.

I use a g403 currently with a hyper xl cloud 9 mousepad and thinking of buying the g703 hero because I feel like a wireless mouse will give me better grip and more movement. What mousepad would you prefer with the new g703 hero because idk if my hyperx would cut it

I have the g603 and its basically a non-rgb g703 with 500 hours of battery been using it since January and still haven't changed the battery and its also 50$ would go for it if u like the g403/703

The mouse is the best one out there. It's just 1 big problem, the sidegrips in rubber and looks greasy even if you wacth our hands before you use it. Logitech must fix this. Especially at this price!

İ am using palmgrip also some intense moments naturally using Palm claw kinda hybrid anyways I used over 30 mouse and playing FPS for 25 years hands down this mouse is very comfortable to use very very nice mouse to use also my hands size is 19.5 cm and 10 cm better than ecb1 Divina that I tried last time don't get me wrong ECB is great but this mouse is near perfect.
